On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.

It became painfully clear that if you don’t fit a certain color criteria, you're not treated with the same level of attention or respect. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received little to no response or assistance, while others seemed to be prioritized. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's shocking that in this day and age, a company would operate this way. I would strongly advise against working with them if you're looking for fair and equal treatment. Plus they waste your time.
