21st Apr 2023 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation with Adam to completion with Jo, the whole team took care of everything for me including accompanying prospective buyers and held my hand through the whole process. I have to be honest it’s been quite a lengthy journey and I couldn’t have done it without their dedication to the final goal. They kept me up to date every step of the way and always on hand should I need any assistance or re-assurance. Certainly would recommend.

9th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Balfours, Allister and his team worked extremely hard to sell my mothers property recently keeping as well I formed and giving good advice throughout. Would definitely use this estate agency again!

After visiting the office all staff extremely friendly. Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

They helped a lot with corresponding with solicitors to make sure the process went smoothly. In particular Jackie was very helpful throughout the process
7th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Run! This is the worst agency ever! Totally don't recommend it. When I moved in the house had a bug infestation that they've refused to deal with. When I moved out one of them called and asked for the keys back earlier because they didn't want me to have access to the property anymore. Then when I've asked to receive proof that I've moved out earlier, they said I was still responsible till the end of the contract. Awful experience, I'll never use it again. Don't know if all of them are like that but the Perton one, including management team are the worst agents.

What could have been a very stressful time Was made easier because communication was great. Thank you, would definitely recommend and will use again.

Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents.
