Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)A dreadful company. Friends of mine lived in a mouse and rat infested property for 12 months and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Quick to take money off tenants and yet are nowhere to be seen when you need support from them. Slippery characters

He was professional, made us very welcome and caring, talked my daughter through everything, even gave me daughter some very good "fatherly" advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Bash. Thank you so much Bash for getting my daughter the house she wanted without any hassle or hiccups. Bash, we both want to thank for all your help and my daughter thanks you from the bottom of heart for the "fatherly" advice which she has taken on board and us helping her more than you'll ever know. 16th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)After a few little hiccups at the start they were actually brilliant …Adam Tom and other Tom were actually excellent ..include Gracie at the end too!! Stressful isn’t the word ..I’d never wanna do it again but yeah ..we got there in the end and I’m very happy !

3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)A property was listed for rent on the morning of Tuesday 01/09/2026.<br><br>We rang the same morning as soon as senate opened to book a viewing and was told that we were the first to enquire and they would be in touch tomorrow (02/09/2026) as they had only just listed it and that the lady who will be managing the viewings for it is off today.<br><br>Didn’t receive any calls or anything the next day (02/09/2026) as advised, so following day decided to call on the morning (03/09/2026) and said to them we havent been contacted.<br><br>Different lady answered from the initial call, assume this is the lady who is managing the viewings, told us it was fully booked out for viewings and that it was tough luck. She had a terrible attitude towards us on the phone about it too, as though we were making it up!<br><br>Crazy! Absolutely disgusting! We were first in on that listing. We think it’s because we told them we have a young child on the initial call. They can’t discriminate so they accidentally forget you. Don’t use this company, will be looking into further options of complaint with official bodies with how this was handled also.<br><br>Addition to this review -<br><br>What’s even funnier now is that this property is today 03/09/2026 showing as let agreed now.<br><br>Though the supposed viewings that were fully booked are supposed to take place on Saturday 05/09/2026.<br><br>So how is let agreed? How have the relevant checks been made with the tenants of whom it is agreed with in less than one day from listing, and without even doing a viewing yet either?<br><br>Screenshots and timestamps all taken, can’t wait to to take these questionable practices to the ombudsman.

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

10th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Tom molloy is very professional and hardworking Estate Agent . From first meeting when he came to value our property right through to the very end of completion. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.<br>From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.<br>Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.<br>Highly recommended
