Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)A dreadful company. Friends of mine lived in a mouse and rat infested property for 12 months and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Quick to take money off tenants and yet are nowhere to be seen when you need support from them. Slippery characters

He was professional, made us very welcome and caring, talked my daughter through everything, even gave me daughter some very good "fatherly" advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Bash. Thank you so much Bash for getting my daughter the house she wanted without any hassle or hiccups. Bash, we both want to thank for all your help and my daughter thanks you from the bottom of heart for the "fatherly" advice which she has taken on board and us helping her more than you'll ever know. 21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.

What an unforgettable customer service experience, for all the wrong reasons.<br>Lisa France somehow managed to make me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by calling. She was blunt, dismissive, and came across as though she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Any hope of actually receiving help disappeared within minutes.<br>If you’re looking for someone who makes you feel like your concerns are a burden rather than their job, then you’ve come to the right place. It’s genuinely impressive how someone working in customer service can make a customer feel so unwelcome.<br>Needless to say, I won’t be dealing with her again

1st Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

10th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Tom molloy is very professional and hardworking Estate Agent . From first meeting when he came to value our property right through to the very end of completion. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.<br>From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.<br>Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.<br>Highly recommended
