All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
8th May 2026 (16 days ago)I highly recommend Adams and Rose whether you're buying, selling or both. I recently helped an elderly friend downsize after a stroke left him with significant memory problems and Stuart was efficient, kind, friendly and incredibly patient. The market has been quiet but Stuart quickly arranged a stream of viewings and we had a choice of offers within a couple of weeks. A good offer from a well suited buyer was quickly accepted and Stuart kept on top of the whole chain quietly clearing issues and helping things along until exchange and completion. His compassion in dealing with random phone calls from my confused friend went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for that too. It's hard to find a truly independent, family run, local estate agent who hasn't been swallowed up by one of the bland national conglomerates, but look no further. Adams and Rose are the agents you need.

30th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.
25th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

Her calm and clear demeanour was particularly impressive and I felt confident in her ability to assist me with my relocation. Throughout the process, she maintained a professional and communicative attitude. Rebecca fulfilled all her promises and I was able to complete the sale and purchase within two and a half months, a significant achievement in this competitive market. The key to their success was the constant communication and information provided at every stage from viewings to final negotiations. 13th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Steph at Homes & steeple very quickly found me a suitable accommodation last year. They have a very smooth process when it comes to starting a tenancy aswell. Throughout the tenancy they are very helpful, with fast responses and quickly fix any small issues that occur. Overall they are a very accommodating agency, and compared to my very mixed experiences with other estate agents in bournemouth, they are by far the best, and only estate agent I would use or recommend in bournemouth.

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)Danehurst Thank you Sarah and Stuart for finding our forever home , as you know we have had a lot of stress over the last 6 months with our chain but you stayed with us knowing we were safe with your care and professionalism. The service you gave us showed you cared and we were never rushed with our viewings and you always came back straight away with any of our questions. The special touch was when a WhatsApp group was set up between yourselves and us which enabled us to ask any questions we may have had during the process and in the future. Feels like we haven’t just bought a house but also made new friends.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
