We unexpectedly found ourselves with nowhere to live, after completing the sale on our property and hitting a delay on the new-build we're buying. Alex pulled out all the stops to arrange a fabulous rental apartment for us and completed all the move-in admin in just 2 days. He even sent emails to us in the evenings after office hours to ensure we moved in on time. He provided an efficient, fast, professional service and we would highly recommend Alex and the Westbourne lettings team. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help, we're so grateful.

We had no experience in selling a property but staff at Slades Southbourne guided us from start to end. I can't highlight the quality of the ads enough, from photos to actual ads being on top of all searches. Unlike the most agencies around the area, they are so accurate with what can be done to finish the deal. Thank you to Dean, Jack and Jeanette.

With first hand experience of both selling and buying with them, I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of the team.<br><br>I firmly believe people buy from people and from start to finish I found the whole team to be approachable, warm and genuine. Whilst making the largest purchase you are likely to make in a life time, it’s important to have faith and trust in the people guiding you through the process. Would recommend to anybody!

As first time buyers they helped guide us through the entire process recommending local mortgage advisors, solicitors and survey teams. 30th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)If you’re thinking of using a Letting Managing Agent don’t hesitate, look no further. Martin and Heather (Partners) have been looking after our investment property since it was purchased in 2003. First this was as employees of a well known agency chain and we then moved the property to them after they set up independently, when the service we received at the agency chain fell dramatically on their departure.<br>It is their business and the level of service reflects this and shines through in every way. Over the years there have been a number of problems with tenants/neighbours/property and the common sense hands on approach to solving these has been great and very much appreciated. It is also worth mentioning in that time the property has been let almost continuously and with well chosen and carefully screened tenants. They and their great staff have my highest recommendation.<br>It is now December 2021 and my opinion remains the same. They are a superb managing agent and they continue to offer a service which is beyond expectations. Don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed.<br><br>It is now October 2026 and as above the service the team at Thacker and Revitt remains faultless. They always go that extra mile. Following the latest government interventions, detrimental to Landlords, we decided to sell our investment property to avoid any possible repossession issues in the future. Thacker and Revitt dealt with the sale finding a purchaser quickly and managing a very straightforward sale, protecting our interests, and at a good price. Their recommended solicitor was excellent and basically between them they handled everything. A special thankyou to Terry who again was superb. The whole team are great they have my highest recommendation possible for the service they provide. Use them!
2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Simon & Co enough. From the first viewing Simon was approachable, helpful, upfront and informative. This continued throughout the whole process, and as a first time buyer, i honestly think they made all the difference. From accommodating extra viewings to stepping in to help move the process along where needed and answering any questions I had, he went above and beyond to ensure all ran as smoothly as possible. I’ve always had somewhat negative perceptions regarding estate agents, but this has completely changed since my experience with Simon & Co. They are a really genuine, friendly team who are great at what they do.
