Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there are delays and complications further down the chain, but Owen was fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>He was always approachable, responsive and kept me updated, even when there wasn’t necessarily any good news to give. He went above and beyond to keep things moving and liaise with everyone involved, and I always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the sale completed rather than simply seeing it as another transaction.<br><br>The sale wasn’t without its challenges, but having Owen as the estate agent made a huge difference. He was professional, reassuring and incredibly helpful from start to finish.<br><br>A massive thank you to Owen for all his hard work - I really appreciate everything he did and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Paul and Stuart were both pleasant and knowledgeable, however the sales process was slow and lengthy with the sale finally going through at the third attempt, having endured two complete time wasters. I was disappointed that the selling price was much lower than the initial valuation and felt it was over estimated initially in order to successfully obtain the listing. That being said, it doesn't detract from the respect and tolerance afforded me by Adams & Rose.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

They kept me informed throughout the whole process, answered any questions I had and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br>They worked hard to market my property, found the right buyer and successfully got the sale through. I really felt that they cared about getting the best possible result for me, rather than simply making a sale.<br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. 11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a terrible experience with Meyers estate agents. They were awful and didn't make any real effort to sell the bungalow. All they wanted to do was continually lower the price. An incident around security of the premises occurred and that was the final straw for us. We ended the contract early. Have now appointed 2 further agents . Would not recommend Meyers at all.

After being messed around with slow comms and cancelled on last minute multiple times by a popular letting agent in Poole for a flat we really wanted, we messaged LYH to view a flat in the same building and had a response on WhatsApp straight away + out of office hours. Viewing was arranged in a day’s time, and the experience was great from viewing to communication that followed. Really appreciated the speediness, personal approach and genuineness!

I really appreciate the level of communication and advice throughout the process. The touches on moving in the day were also really appreciated and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend Danehurst at all, and want to thank them for the experience working with them.
