30th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!
7th May 2026 (17 days ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!
8th May 2026 (16 days ago)I highly recommend Adams and Rose whether you're buying, selling or both. I recently helped an elderly friend downsize after a stroke left him with significant memory problems and Stuart was efficient, kind, friendly and incredibly patient. The market has been quiet but Stuart quickly arranged a stream of viewings and we had a choice of offers within a couple of weeks. A good offer from a well suited buyer was quickly accepted and Stuart kept on top of the whole chain quietly clearing issues and helping things along until exchange and completion. His compassion in dealing with random phone calls from my confused friend went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for that too. It's hard to find a truly independent, family run, local estate agent who hasn't been swallowed up by one of the bland national conglomerates, but look no further. Adams and Rose are the agents you need.
25th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

11th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)Danehurst Thank you Sarah and Stuart for finding our forever home , as you know we have had a lot of stress over the last 6 months with our chain but you stayed with us knowing we were safe with your care and professionalism. The service you gave us showed you cared and we were never rushed with our viewings and you always came back straight away with any of our questions. The special touch was when a WhatsApp group was set up between yourselves and us which enabled us to ask any questions we may have had during the process and in the future. Feels like we haven’t just bought a house but also made new friends.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

From the outset they were professional, friendly and did a great job of managing the sale of our house. Despite a few hiccups along the way, we couldn’t have chosen better agents to handle it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and we’ll highly recommend to all.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
10th May 2026 (14 days ago)I can’t recommend this firm enough, particularly Ella. Ella not only helped us find a tenant but as a new landlord, she also took the time to educate me on processes and procedures. She was always on hand to answer my questions including providing her expertise and contacts pertaining to local utility firms. I feel like in her I have a real term partner that I can turn to in all of my rental matters now and in the future. Cannot recommend Berkeley’s and Ella enough!
