19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Could you explain why you are claiming a property which has been on rightmove with you for 6 months has been put back on minus £50 as a new listing? Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Always a pleasure to have Liberty coming round to conduct the annual inspections of the house we rent. It’s lovely to speak to her when I am home and my cat is a big fan of her which says a lot about her character because my boy is not a lover of people usually! I leave cat treats out for Liberty to give to him when I’m not there and she always makes a fuss of him which is really nice and means a lot :)

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I’ve been using this agency for around 18 years, both for letting and selling properties, and have always received a great service.<br><br>I’ve mainly used their tenant-finding service, and the fact I’ve had relatively little contact with them over the years says it all – the tenants they’ve found for me have almost always stayed for years!<br><br>They’ve also successfully sold 3 or 4 properties for me over the years, so I’ve experienced both sides of the business.<br><br>Most recently, Jon has been fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful and efficient throughout.

She has been incredibly helpful with any questions I have had, and has helped make the process fast and efficient as well as being friendly and kind. Thank you so much Laura!<br><br>Edit: The property manager Oliver has been very kind and helpful with recent repairs that needed carrying out on the property. Although we had some miscommunications at first, this was sorted and Oliver has been very responsive to property repairs that I have logged, often responding before 24 hours! Thank you for your help Oliver ??????

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)From the initial valuation with Ben through to the sale being agreed and Amy taking over, I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by both of them. BFL exceeded my expectations by far, and I would recommend them without hesitation.<br><br>Estate agents can sometimes get a bad reputation, and unfortunately, our experience with the agent handling the property we were buying was a perfect example of why. Having bought property before, this was my first experience of being in a chain, and it really highlighted just how important it is to choose an agent who knows how to manage complicated sales and keep a chain moving.<br><br>Amy went above and beyond in every possible way. She kept me updated daily, consistently chased all parties involved and took responsibility for resolving issues, even when they technically fell outside her role. Despite not being the agent who sold us the property we were buying, she often seemed to be doing their job for them! She was also dealing with the sale at the top of our chain, and honestly, I genuinely believe that if those buyers had not been purchasing through BFL, our sale may never have made it over the line.<br><br>The difference in professionalism, communication and commitment between BFL and the other agency was staggering. I work in property myself, so I understand how important it is to have knowledgeable, proactive agents who understand the process and communicate effectively. Unfortunately, our experience with the other agency fell far below even the most basic expectations. I will be leaving them a separate review because I genuinely believe their handling of the transaction raises questions about the level of training and support their staff receive.<br><br>Please do not be swayed by claims of having a monopoly on the Wirral or being the leading sales agent. In my experience, those claims mean very little if the service does not live up to them. Plus, the 'said agent' also valued our property £15,000 below the market value and they were also charging the most to sell our property.<br><br>The one exception at that agency was Sue, who found and showed us the property we ultimately purchased. She was brilliant, and I want to give credit where it is due.<br>If you are looking for an estate agent who will genuinely go the extra mile, communicate properly and fight to get your sale across the line, I cannot recommend BFL, Ben and Amy highly enough. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience manageable, and I am so grateful for everything they did. They are a credit to the business!

James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
