Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

18th May 2026 (27 days ago)After a not-so-great experience with another agent we decided to cut our losses and go with Lesley Hooks. Victoria came to value the house and I really rate her, she oozes competence. Selling our late parents' house was dealt with so professionally, we were amazed at the difference with this estate agent. The staff really know what they are doing. Yvonne was amazing at getting the right offers from potential buyers and Jake was highly able, efficient and reassuring through the process of selling. Whatever happened, the staff were immediately on it, they were so attentive. We are grateful to Claire and Rachel too.- 1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Clive Watkin in Prenton were fantastic. They just made the whole selling process so straight forward. I'd recommend them .
30th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.
7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
18th May 2026 (27 days ago)Hewitt Adams sold my house within 6 days of putting it up for sale. The experience from Ben initially coming out to price it and then once the offer was accepted, Sophie progressing the sale was fantastic. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with totally professional but also lovely people. Our house was in great hands, thank you all so much I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I mostly dealt with Charlotte Bennett who was so personable and professional, both with me and prospective buyers, resolving issues with my sale and also John Curran who acted on my behalf with price negotiation for my purchase, obtaining a great result for me moving forward. The frequent communication was first rate from all the team, always keeping me abreast of the smallest detail. I can thoroughly recommend this family run business who have their clients interests firmly at the top of the list!

19th May 2026 (26 days ago)They go the extra mile……….to keep all of your deposit! Rented a house in Saltney through this company. Filthy condition. Pre agreed cleaning and waste removal was never carried out as requested when property viewed, Dwell seemed to think by putting a paper seal on the loo seat the whole property was “professionally cleaned”. Storage cupboard under the stairs was unusable due to moisture and mess. Kitchen was dusty and top of fridge looked like a health hazard. Confirmed our premonition (during the winter months) that most of the window seals were blown and letting in cold air. This was never addressed even though repair was agreed by Dwell in September before the weather turned cold. Lasted 6 months before having to move out due to illness caused by living in this squalid place, and to top it off, this company kept the deposit, so avoid at all costs if you’re renting. We gave 6 weeks’ notice that we wanted to leave (as we refused to be contractually trapped paying rent for this substandard property). We moved out early to accommodate them and allow Sam to remarket the property (and complete my suggested repair work, although I believe this would have been ignored). The head of property has still taken all of our security deposit, so be very careful when dealing with Dwell, Chester, especially if you are renting. I would like to add some other members of their team were very friendly and helpful (Sam, Luke and the maintenance engineers). Unfortunately, the money grabbing management seem to drag this company down with their attitude towards customers (aka tenants), they seem to just view people as stupid, because they are only able to rent properties and not able to buy. Be warned this letting agent provided the DPS with a signed ‘Check In’ report, I never signed this as I moved in several weeks after renting the property. Therefore, it is highly likely that they fraudulently use your electronic signature from the contract for other documents to suit their needs to keep all your deposit.
