11th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

I am a landlord and Platinum have been managing my property for some time now. They have been nothing short of first class in terms of service, communication and professionalism.
10th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

They valued the house in the correct price bracket which we got and also their costings were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling.

Everyone including Molly, Berri and Jack were very helpful and professional, allowing us to view the property, sometimes at short notice on several occasions and answering our queries promptly. We received a very friendly and efficient service.

Shout out to Chris, our estate agent, who had been very reliable from the very beginning when he made a virtual house tour (since we used to live back in London) to the moment he drove to the house we temporarily stayed at here in the Wirral, to personally handover the keys! 6th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Fantastic service from Steve, Will, Kate & the team at the Little Sutton office. Contacted them to value and sell my property. Fast and efficient from valuation to market and organised both photography and EPC assessment. The team ptovided regular updates and quick response to any queries I had. Secured not only 4 viewings within the first few days of the property being up but handled all viewings and agreed an offer above asking price by the following week. Thanks again to the team and would thoroughly recommend.

Our house sale wasn't an easy one (not related to Clive Watkin) and Sadie and her team took real ownership of it helping us where ever they could. We wanted to specifically mention Lewis too. Lewis was absolutely amazing, he managed our sale with the solicitors and went above and beyond our expectations, chasing daily and finding out updates for us. We built up a really nice relationship with the team in Little Sutton and it really felt like they cared. Thank you so much for all your help with our sale.

Jonathan Harper took direct personal control over the sale and saw it through smoothly from start to finish. This involved a number of additional items such as hiring a skip and arranging clearance of debris. Jonathan provided a superb and prompt service throughout, kept me informed at all stages to keep my mind at rest and achieved a sale at full valuation.
7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
