17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a really great experience selling our house with Davis homes, Chris was so helpful from start to finish and made the process stress free, he was always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Davis homes and would use them again if we need to sell a property in future
24th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)It's one of the worst property agency in the UK. Very unprofessional service. If there is any possibility of reviewing less than one star, I definitely can
15th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Thank you to Claire and the team at Percivals. Claire was really helpful during the whole commercial rental process even meeting us out of office hours to fit in with our work commitments. It smooth and straightforward all the way through.
2nd Jun 2023 (3 years ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

15th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I wanted to share my recent experience with Lamb & Co following the completion of my first home purchase.

From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel at ease when showing me around the property and were always happy to answer any questions I had.

A special mention goes to Jo, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Things became a little stressful at times when dealing with the solicitors, but Jo was always on hand to offer support, keep me updated and help move things along. Her help was genuinely a lifesaver and made what could have been a much more stressful experience far more manageable.

Overall, the whole team have been so helpful and supportive, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help in making my first home purchase a reality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lamb & Co to anyone looking to buy a property!

26th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with Samantha Beyers, my Property Manager. She’s always so friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever I have an issue. She recently helped arrange for my oven to be sorted, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you, Samantha, for your great service and support! ??????

2nd Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault the service I have received from Elms Price. They have been so professional and communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the viewings were completed by the agent. Andrew, Daryl and Cheryl were always contactable and kept me fully informed of progress.
