I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We were disappointed with the service in particular the communication. Eventually we delt directly with our buyers as the stories differed between solicitors and agents.

She was always available, fast to respond and she ironed out wrinkles and dealt with problems promptly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending her and King West to friends and family.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

What really stood out was the personal service we received throughout the entire process. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>They handled all of our viewings and were extremely flexible with timings, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They regularly chased updates from solicitors on our behalf and kept us fully informed with weekly progress updates, which gave us real peace of mind.<br><br>Paul should be incredibly proud of the business he has built. The whole team worked tirelessly to support us and made moving house far less stressful than we ever imagined it could be, especially with having a young baby.<br><br>We cannot recommend them highly enough and are extremely grateful for everything they did for us. ??

Richard and John have gone above and beyond doing things for me I never thought any estate agents would do. I highly recommend RH homes to anybody looking for a new home I will never use anywhere else again and will be sticking with these religiously If I could Rate more than a 5 star I would Thank you for your patience and hard work you’ve put in for me guys

20th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

28th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Awful! They never vetted the tenant they put into our property. He had no landlord references, he said he previosly had a mortgage, think he still had a mortgage. Up Estates criteria for checking tennants fell well short. He certainly could not and did not pay his rent. Don't use Up Estated.The staff are just good talkers and are actually really annoying. I would never use Up Estates and would certainly not recommend them. There are much better companies, you may pay a bit more, but it will be worth it. AVOID Up Estates!!
