As we went round<br>He definitely wasn't pushy nor any sales person pitch patter!! 3rd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process. I was also asked if I would like to close the complaint after 1 small update, needless to say that was the only update I have had, so I am continuing this process. I

It was important to us that we found tenants that would look after the property and be respectful of neighbours. We wanted to be responsible landlords, conscious that our property would be someone’s home. With Kerry’s honed expertise, she offered a selection of people and we secured the perfect tenants for our property. We found we could wholly rely on Kerry’s advice, who made the process efficient and hassle free. We felt she dealt with us with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and was very mindful of our requirements.<br>During the management of the property Sophie proved to be responsive, always answering the phone quickly, getting back to us when promised and dealing with management issues. We also found it useful to be reminded when landlord responsibilities were due for renewal and welcomed the comprehensive inspection reports.<br>The end of the tenancy process was well managed.<br>We would highly recommend Northwood’s management services.<br>Thank you to the whole team at Northwood.<br><br>Updated review following sale of the property<br><br>Northwood’s sales team were first class supporting us all the way through what at times can prove to be a very demanding process. The listing of the property went very smoothly and the quality of the photographs to support the sale were excellent. Viewings were dealt with by Northwood and were conducted in a very professional manner. We were informed at all times about the viewings and any feedback received from potential buyers. The house sold in the first week of being listed and we felt confident that the follow on process leading to completion was in safe hands. The solicitors recommended by Northwood were first rate and the process was relatively straight forward. Communication with Annie and Abi have been fantastic answering all our questions when requested and keeping us informed of progress all the way through from listing to completion. Special mention to Abi for chasing the solicitors and helping to move things forward while keeping us in the loop at all times. Annie and her team delivered for us and we could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

As first-time movers, the whole process felt quite daunting, but their professionalism, confidence, and reassurance put us completely at ease from start to finish.<br>They kept me and my partner updated with every piece of information they had, so we always knew what was happening. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and they guided us through every step of the process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward.<br>What really stood out was that they even checked in with us after completion to make sure we had settled in and to see if we had any questions. I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Used Royston & Lund Ashby to sell our property in Overseal and would 100% recommend. Having met with various estate agents before selecting R&L, they were the most open, honest and informative regarding the selling process who completely put me at ease and enabled me to trust their process as a first time seller. They booked in open days which were highly beneficial to both ourselves and to the potential buyers, using a wonderful local colleague who truly sold our house and the local area to a very high standard. They helped us sell our house within a few weeks being on the market, two open days and the more offers than we were expecting, all above our initial asking price. Most importantly for us was communication with ourselves and internally so everyone was on the same page, and both solicitors were kept in the loop too. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you team!
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
