Her dealing with us was appericiable. Really thanks to all team members of Leadrs aswell.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

It's been a month in this new home and Saj has always been available for queries, resolving issues, communicating between the landlord and tenant etc. I would definitely recommend them for your next home.

Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell ????
10th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. Thanks for wasting our time.
17th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)The wrong property was shown on the attached video walk through to the websites showing the property. Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.
9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Enquired about a house, sent email on Rightmove and Luke asked when we would like to view, we replied an hour later (midday) the same day with no response. Three days later we hadn’t heard a response so chased what was happening, Luke said he had been on annual leave, but we had received no contact nor an email telling us this, which is why he hadn’t replied - and there was no out of office email on. We then asked to view the next week and was told Luke would arrange. Yet again we had heard no update so we chased AGAIN on the Saturday morning (we called this time) and Luke said he would check. We received a email two hours later and Luke said the vendors would prefer Sunday morning (the next day at 9.30am) as they already had a viewing. We couldn’t do Sunday due to a family emergency and explained this, but Luke pushed Sunday saying that he knew ‘the vendors probably wouldn’t wait that long’ because ‘they had already had an offer come in’ so probably wouldn’t want us viewing 2 days later. If Luke had responded to our initial email 8 days prior to all of this, we could have had a viewing on the house and put an offer in. Poor communication, quite rude and a lack of care shown. We saw another house for sale that we thought we might want to see, but saw it was on with Frank Innes and decided not to bother - luckily it was on with another agent so we have viewed through them. Hilariously, this house we wanted to view initially is still on Rightmove and has apparently sold despite this happening nearly 3 weeks ago. We have been told this morning it will ‘probably be off in the next 24 hours’ but it’s not been off the last 2 weeks so god knows what they’re playing at. Will not be using to sell our house and what an unprofessional experience we have had.
1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Throughout our entire process of having our house on the market for 6 months, me and my wife have been left completely alone in the majority of the process to chase up viewers, answer queries and have been the constant go between to solicitors/house developer. It appears quite clearly there is either a lack of communication between the staff or just simply a complete lack of interest or effort when it comes to helping us sell our home. The only time Ian picked up the phone to contact us throughout the entire process was to rush us into our next home that wasn’t even built yet or force us into rented accommodation, which from our first meeting with him we made clear was a non-negotiable due to understandable work/family arrangements. Whenever someone went on annual leave or was off work, there was no clear handover and our viewings/queries got completely shoved to the bottom of the pile and we AGAIN had to chase things up which often resulted in speaking to a confused member of staff who had no idea what we were talking about. The large majority of our viewings we have had have been people who haven’t had any agreement in principles with their bank and so we have spent all this time and effort making our home look at the best condition possible for a viewing, just for a few days later to have a half-arsed response from YourMove telling us they couldn’t afford it anyway. This is something since going on with another, much better estate agent we have realised should’ve been discussed in the first phone call with a potential viewer. Me and my wife are fully aware of the situation of the market right now and understand the difficulty (more than ever) in selling a home, however I 100% believe this would’ve been achieved with more clear communication and effort made from the estate agents. I am never someone to write negative reviews, however because we have completely wasted 6 months of our time, effort and emotions on doing 99% of the leg work ourselves, I really don’t want anyone else to have to go through what we have.
17th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
