14th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Tried selling a flat with them and it was a drawn out and painful process. It lasted more than a year before it fell through. Going with their contractors and solicitors was the biggest mistakes I made in the sale. I thought if I went with their recommendations, they will facilitate the process, but no. One was dishonest and the other one completely incompetent. Stuart Edward was initially responsive, but then when run into problems months down the line, Lindsey stopped answering calls and the boss Stuart did not call back when messages left. I was left on my own to deal with all the technicality and mess. It was so horrible and stressful, I do not wish it on anyone. Two stars was being very generous as they were ok initially. I went with them because I wanted to support family business. Never again.
5th May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)No matter which member of staff you contact the service is consistently good. Communication is clear and follow-up on point. Staff maintain a friendly and relaxed manner and are professional at the same time as being well informed and on the ball.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dowens kept me fully informed on any interest in the sale of the house we were selling They gave me feedback after each viewing. And while l have never sold a house before they helped me through what could have been a stressful business
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience with Peter Heron from start to finish. The whole team were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. We were always kept updated, which made the whole process feel straightforward and as stress-free as possible. The marketing of the property was also excellent. The photographs were high quality and really captured the property at its best. A special mention to Sarah Hill, who was my designated agent throughout the process. Sarah was fantastic — knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring, and always available whenever I had a question or needed help. Her guidance and attention to detail made a real difference, and I always felt I was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Peter Heron to anyone looking to sell their property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We really appreciated the support we received in selling our property. The communication was great all the way through and the whole team worked hard to ensure that buyers and we as sellers had all the information we needed. The whole process was much smoother than we feared, as the team went above and beyond to keep everyone to the required timescales. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Youngs again.

8th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)It was a very pleasing customer experience dealing with Sarah Mains. My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. Thank you to both Scott and Lindsey.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve had a really lovely experience with Swift Move Lettings and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. A special mention to Tracey, who has been absolutely lovely throughout the whole process. She’s such a kind, bubbly woman who made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. She was approachable, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with, which made such a difference, especially when finding our first home. Thank you to Tracey and everyone at Swift Move Lettings for helping us get our house. We’re so excited to start this new chapter, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property! ??
1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Chris has been so helpful, professional and responsive. Their fees are reasonable and their service is top notch. You can trust this agency. Highly recommended.
23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I’ve been with DH1 Lettings and Sales for over 7 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. They managed and looked after my house while it was rented out, and more recently they successfully (and very quickly!) sold it for me – all while I was living abroad in Dubai. They’re a genuine family business who really care, not only about their landlords but also about the tenants. Communication has always been excellent, and I’ve always felt my property was in safe hands. I can’t recommend DH1 Lettings and Sales highly enough – professional, trustworthy, and truly personal service from start to finish.

30th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Constantly kept us updated, Emily handled our sale and was very professional and helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble.
20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Useful to be invited to comment! I/we would say that it's never good to be provided with false information. Nor to suffer broken promises, or to be introduced to a buyer who definitely isn't going to be able to buy, and an agent is well aware. These things cause real damage and distress to a seller. I/we definitely don't recommend this business, it caused provable harm.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Anna is always very helpful and efficient.
