Through a difficult sale, Aimee and Janet chased, organised and pushed solicitors and other buyers and just made it happen when it regularly looked like it wouldn't. Also a big thank you to Nicole for the original sales valuations etc which were spot on and achieved what we needed. A great team - thank you so much.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept me informed at every stage and were always quick to answer any questions. Their knowledge of the local market was clear, and they worked hard to secure a great offer in a week. Sadly the buyer pulled out after delays in the chain but the Northwood team quickly got the property back on the market and secured us another great offer in a matter of days! What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I felt confident I was in good hands from start to finish. The quality of the listing was excellent and they had professional photography not just someone snapping on their phone, which I do believe generated great interest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Special mentions to the lady who turned up at viewings for us and also the lovely team answering the phones. Gina, i'm sure went above and beyond her duties to find information for me and keep me abreast of what was happening. 24th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Estate agent Vikki Allison very unprofessional, terrible service n simply does not care to sell your property. Not informed of potential buyers whom a couple having to contact me directly making me aware of their lack of help. Not even informed prior to viewings, sent reminder only night before. Board still left broken outside for weeks now when told fixed in 2 days. Advert incorrect stating '1 bathroom' when there are 2 bathrooms in fact . 3 toilets in total with 4 bedrooms. Left unchanged for a month after notifying them. Was told initially by Vikki I would be looked after as having mental health concerns but this woman, it would seem, deliberately sabotages any success. I have read all of these reviews n I am far from the first to receive a disgraceful experience.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

From first contact, the valuation, photography, brochure preparation, first viewing and receipt of an offer for full asking price took less than 3 weeks. Sales Manager Rachel Smiles was especially helpful in giving advice on content of the sales brochure and her friendly staff in arranging the 2 viewings by first interested party. We would highly recommend this agency to value and sell your property quickly at its true market value.
