The whole process was straightforward, quick, and took a lot of the guesswork out of choosing an agent. 7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Tried to rent a property, but the Lettings Negotiator was unable to prepare the Tenancy Agreement in a timely manner, and even then expected us to give notice on our current tenancy before signing the new tenancy agreement with them. After missing the first cut-off date that we told them we would need to sign the tenancy agreement by, they then had another 4 weeks to prepare the tenancy agreement, but were once again unable to do so in a timely manner. The Lettings Negotiator blamed this on the landlord not replying to her emails. Did you not think to phone and find out an answer over the phone? The result is our tenancy application was declined. What an absolute waste of time this was. Thankfully, I have obtained details of the landlord and will be advising her of the true reasons for the continuous delays in this process that ultimately led to our applicaton being declined.<br><br>They use Homelet to run the reference checks, which took over 2 weeks to complete. This was also part of the delay. If you are self-employed or Homelet have to complete any manual human checks, then expect long delays. I sent multiple messages to Homelet and made multiple phone calls, but they did not reply to any of my messages. This is a service chosen by Robinsons, therefore Robinsons has to accept responsibility of the fact that Homelet is a very poor and slow service. I will never use any estate agents that uses the Homelet service in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with the service received and would highly recommend using Bridgeford’s as an agent.

Even with a difficult landlord they managed all situations and wasn’t always just me chasing but them calling me to keep me updated on the few issues I had.<br><br>Really appreciate it!
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)1 Star was too generous. Ignore the good reviews. Appalling service. Clearly short staffed as it's a real struggle to get through on the phone and when you do, you are greeted by staff who must be the most unhelpful and unpleasant people to deal with. No rapport, no engagement, no flexibility and no interest. Open every Saturday AM apart from Bank Holidays, as they close on the Saturday and the Monday. Zero effort from the sales team to nurture an enquiry into a sale. Communication has always been excellent, and everything has been handled in a professional, efficient manner from start to finish. Whenever any issues came up, they were dealt with quickly and with minimal hassle for us as landlords. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services to anyone looking for a trustworthy property management company

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. I especially felt listened to by Emma who really guided me through the sales process regarding time frames and next steps. Emails were answered promptly, communication was clear and I felt reassured that the team managed our sale well throughout. A very successful outcome and a big thank you.

Carla is extremely good at her job, with advice and negotiation. I would recommend Hegarties at Houghton.

22nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)We're a family emigrating to the other side of the world so trusting someone with the sale of our home and making things go as smooth as possible was what we needed. After some research we knew John Buck was the right agent for us! The communication has been second to none and nothing too much trouble, even getting replies late on an evening which wouldn't happen with other agents.<br>The attention to detail for the photos and social media content was unbelievable and making everything look perfect was a priority. The marketing across social media is the way forward and it 100% shows it works for these guys.<br>Our house sold in less than 24 hours!!! What a result. We are so grateful and can't thank John and Victoria enough. Both superstars and they deserve every bit of success in the future.<br>Thanks again, Jade & Lewis!
