Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.

14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a positive experience with the agency throughout my tenancy. Gail and Ryan were professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They carried out inspections efficiently, made it easy regarding the dates and times of inspections and kept me informed clearly throughout the process. Any queries were handled promptly, and the whole tenancy and move-out process was smooth. I’d happily recommend them.

Rang to enquire if a property that they were advertising for rent was still available and he was obnoxious and unhelpful from the start . Luckily found out at this early stage and now know not to go anywhere near them for any future business . I feel sorry for anyone who has signed them up to sell or lease their homes as they speak to potential tenants and buyers very badly . Their horrendous reviews speak volumes . Avoid at all costs

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!

After having our house listed with another agent for over 2 months without any viewings, Harrington's had viewings booked in under a week! Through every step of the process they were on top of things, even when lower in the chain were causing delays. Special shout-out to Aidan who has definitely made me never want to sell a house with anyone else again!
