25th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.
2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Got in touch regarding a rental property.<br>The moment i mentioned i was on benefits i felt totally discriminated against.<br>She said that benefits can stop at any time. I said i didnt think so. She replied oh so your going to stay on benefits for the rest of your life then!<br>Wouldnt even listen that i could get good references from my current landlord.<br>Many people are on benefits for lots of different reasons and do not need to be discrimiated against like this.<br>I suggest people skills and compassionate courses for this woman!

8th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Lune Valley Estates took over the sale of my partners house after having no luck with previous estate agent. Rob said he could sell in exchange for an toblerone from duty free and he did just that. He took ownership of what to do next, sorted out the photographer who was absolutely amazing at his job and the photos proved that! My photos received 100s of comments. Rob is Efficient, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, often going out of his way and out of “working hours” to support.<br>We dealt with Rob direct but on occasion did liaise with the rest of the team at LVE who were equally as friendly and helpful.<br>If I was to sell again I would 100% ring up Rob and ask him to support.. and yes, I’d ring him direct. Can’t thank Rob and his team enough for enabling me to start a new chapter after 20 years! Moving isn’t for the faint hearted but Lune Valley Estates made it bare able and smooth even though at times it was bumpy.<br>Thanks again Rob and Team!
