Despite not being our estate agent, Danielle was excellent at ensuring I was updated, answering any questions I had, and keeping the whole process moving. Danielle always responded promptly, was extremely polite, professional and friendly, and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Danielle at Brunton Residential for anyone who wants to buy/sell a property.

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.

We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough. 22nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
