5th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. I especially felt listened to by Emma who really guided me through the sales process regarding time frames and next steps. The communication was strong throughout the process , including gathering helpful feedback from potential buyers and liasing with surveyors. The sale went smoothly, and everyone i met and spoke to in the office had a kind and efficient approach. I'm so pleased I chose them and would recommend them to anyone.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)From the start of this process, Chloe and Lauren showed high professionalism, and most importantly, a human touch. They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!

After some research we knew John Buck was the right agent for us! The communication has been second to none and nothing too much trouble, even getting replies late on an evening which wouldn't happen with other agents.<br>The attention to detail for the photos and social media content was unbelievable and making everything look perfect was a priority. The marketing across social media is the way forward and it 100% shows it works for these guys.<br>Our house sold in less than 24 hours!!! What a result. We are so grateful and can't thank John and Victoria enough. Both superstars and they deserve every bit of success in the future.<br>Thanks again, Jade & Lewis!
