There were times we really thought the chain might collapse but with pro active chasing up in the chain, we finally managed to push over the line - Well done to everyone at Millers for making it happen. My enquiries have always been followed but I would have appreciated a bit more planning and speed in some tasks. The handover to the sales follow up team was not very clear and the 4 ways communication could be improved Overall, the team has done the work but we have gone the extra mile to make things happen on our side (a bit more that I would have expected)

Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I was helping my cousin downsize from a house . Lee, Hannah and Sharon worked hard to find out what he actually wanted and his main priorities.<br>Location required near Northam Type of property a flat .Things needed nearby a shop and bus stop within walking distance.<br>A property that did not have a expensive maintenance contract.<br>All for under £150.000.<br>Armed with this knowledge we were shown the first flat that ticked all the boxes.<br>We were also shown other flats to help him decide.<br>Without the help and patience from Lee, Hannah and Sharon I don't think I would have been able to find just what my cousin required and I think moving him would have been very difficult. Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

The market wasn't at its strongest and our property was quite unusual, which meant finding the right buyer was never going to be easy. Despite the challenges, the team remained positive, proactive and committed from start to finish.<br><br>Throughout the process they consistently went above and beyond. They always answered my many phone calls with patience, understanding and genuine care, no matter how big or small the query. They made time to talk things through, listened to our concerns and offered honest, practical advice that helped us make the right decisions at every stage. It genuinely felt like we were working together to overcome each hurdle along the way.<br><br>What impressed me most was how invested they were in achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. Greenslade Taylor Hunt came up on their listing as a top performer, providing information on sales etc. I met with Ollie who said that he would market the property differently. Greenslade Taylor Hunt provided a brochure with full details and great photos. Communications outstanding regular feedback. Brooke showed prospective buyers around, did a fantastic job securing a sale in just a few weeks. Amber and Curtis at the office played an important part too, always helpful knew the current position of my house sale. You even get a monthly report. I cannot fault the team outstanding service. Well Done. Highly recommended.
