24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)???????????????????? Exceptional Support and Unmatched Dedication from Ms. Emma McGrotty – A Truly Outstanding Experience We recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Emma McGrotty during the purchase of our new home in Guildford, and we cannot thank her enough for her extraordinary level of service and professionalism throughout the entire process. From the very first contact to the final stages of exchange and completion, Emma was consistently attentive, highly responsive, and genuinely supportive. Her warmth, clarity, and tireless dedication made what could have been a stressful journey into one that felt smooth, secure, and uplifting. Emma went above and beyond to ensure all parties were kept well-informed and aligned at every stage. Her regular updates, honest communication, and swift follow-ups made a real impact — especially in the final phase, where her presence and persistence were instrumental in resolving key issues and bringing everything to a successful close. Thanks to her invaluable guidance, we are now the proud owners of a truly beautiful home in one of the most prestigious locations in Guildford — a dream come true that would not have been possible without her unwavering commitment. Emma is not only a consummate professional, but also a kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy person. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side and will always be sincerely grateful for her efforts, attention to detail, and genuine care. We wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Ms. Emma McGrotty to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality property services in the Guildford area. She is an invaluable asset to her agency and an absolute joy to work with. With Heartfelt Thanks and Warmest Appreciation, Shahnaz & Mohsen April 2025
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can't praise Terracotta enough, they made the whole selling experience as easy as it could possibly be. They were very professional but at the same time friendly and approachable. Their knowledge of the Surrey Hills was extremely helpful with out of area buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend them !
18th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
14th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We used Hill Clements because we saw how very efficiently and helpfully Scott Wishart handled every aspect of our daughter's purchase, sale and fresh purchase of her homes. It was therefore a natural choice for us when we came to move.
20th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Came in last minute, sold on one week.
25th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Matthew Smith has been very helpful and efficient and made the whole process easy.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.

22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
9th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The service provided is fantastic! They are very attentive in finding the best solution for the customer!
3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!
