27th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Couldn't be happier with the excellent and beyond duty attention received from Margot as we presented a specially challenging situation to her. We went to Guildford for only 6 months and needed a short term rental that also could accept our temporary status as 'tourists' - me and my wife are from Brazil and had to come back after this period, so finding a place that could check all our requirements was really difficult. And we had to do that remotely from our country (I've never set foot in England before). But Miss Margot not only was incredibly supportive and friendly, but extremely helpful, negotiating with the landlords and keeping ing us informed in all the process, making us to understand all the local requirements. She even made a live view broadcast to show us the properties that we liked the most. And, I must emphasize that we have tried several other state agencies in the Surrey area but most were totally dismissive when we presented our challenges. We even managed to make friends with another couple that Margot helped in last year, that were in a situation just like ours, thanks to her. Reading other reviews from Foxton's, it seems that most people get a very good service from them, but what we've got from Miss Margot was nothing short of exceptional.
28th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I recently moved to the UK and had the arduous task of finding a rental home. I had been warned by many that this would be a very stressful and difficult process. On reflection though I think this was because they did not have Grace Trzopek from Fosters as their agent. From the moment I contacted her she has been a true professional; patient, quick to respond, providing constant communication and nothing short of exceptional. She picked up right away I was an 'anxious' client and stayed a step ahead of me all the way. She really has made this experience stress free and easy. It is without a doubt that I recommend Grace and the team at Fosters.

29th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

Jon contacted us back very quickly and was incredibly helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Estelle joined in at the appropriate time and provided the same great support. They made the whole process simple to understand, and we had a relaxing and happy experience, whereas finding a place to rent can otherwise be a bit stressful and difficult. We definitely highly recommend WPR Farnham. Just contact them and see for yourself.

Although I couldn’t conclude my home search through him (because I happened to come across a better house listed by another estate agent at about the same time by chance), I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional agent who communicates and follows up well with you before during and after viewing. And one who wouldn’t bother to research and give me a detail technical breakdown of the costs and items of work involved in replacing the carpets by hardwood flooring for the viewed house. Appreciated, and thanks!

I am listed with multiple estate agents and they have given me 3-4 x times more viewings than all of the other agents. Molly has been in charge of my listing etc and has excelled in every way possible. I would highly recommend this company. Also a big thank you to Felicity with the viewings.

7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)For renters, go elsewhere. Painful to deal with, zero communication with tenants. Ourselves and our neighbours on multiple occasions had people enter our properties without notice. Takes ages for issues to be resolved and fixed with us having to chase. The best part was when we moved in, there was some human feces in the toilet, remarkably the inspector marked the flat cleanliness as "professionally cleaned" on the report. Avoid

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!
3rd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Strutt and Parker went above and beyond in selling my grandmas house: from excellent communication, fantastic service and unbelievable all round help in matters- even stopping by and going out of their way to assist in providing jump leads for my stranded Uncle with his battery flat car. Frankly, if you want top notch professional help that makes a difference, I would advise using Strutt and Parker. They really do an outstanding job.
