Katie did an outstanding job from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. All of my interactions the team have been amazing. Very supportive, pay attention to detail and, previously, found us fantastic tenants for rental properties and located superb potential purchases. Great job all.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

19th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Outstanding service from Charters Estate Agents<br><br>I’ve used Charters Estate Agents for the past 15 months and have been extremely impressed with the service throughout. Their fully managed service has made being a landlord incredibly straightforward, with any issues — whether plumbing, gardening, roofing, electrics or anything else — dealt with quickly and efficiently.<br><br>Last year, they found excellent tenants for my property within a month. More recently, my existing tenants unexpectedly decided to leave, but Charters once again delivered. A new tenant was found, fully checked and agreed to move into the flat within just five weeks — an excellent result given the circumstances.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jacqui and Kirstie, who have been fantastic and played a key role in finding the new tenant. They have both been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout.<br><br>I’m very happy with Charters and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Great service, excellent communication and a very impressive fully managed service. Highly recommended.

During the many "lumps and bumps" of the buying and selling process, they remained positive to achieve the ultimate aim of completing the sale! My wife and I where nothing but impressed, with the communication, and on going support offered by all of the team, when things looked decidedly uncertain of a completion. Rebecca, Patrick and the team are a credit to Bourne who are lucky to have them representing them in the small Farnham office. Bourne Farnham are Highly Recommended, from a couple who do not post reviews. Well done Bourne Farnham, who we would choose again, if we ever (never again) moved.

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

She carefully listened to my requirements and organised viewings for six properties, all of which matched my criteria remarkably well.<br>After visiting the properties with my son and his girlfriend, I found the perfect holiday let in Swanage. What sets Jackie apart is that her support didn't end when the sale was agreed. She remained helpful and responsive throughout, even assisting with collecting keys from the management company when I couldn't get there from London during office hours.<br>She also introduced me to a mortgage adviser, which proved invaluable. Her dedication, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.<br>I am now the proud owner of a wonderful holiday let in Swanage and have Jackie to thank for helping make it happen. Highly recommended!
3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.

We completed all the referencing requirements and, based on the agent’s communication, we served notice on our existing landlord expecting the new tenancy to proceed. We were then told that the landlord was not willing to sign the agreement. Despite requesting our holding deposit back, the refund has been unnecessarily delayed. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
