11th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Davies Property Management have managed my property for 20 years.<br>I have had excellent service, reliable, knowledgeable and consistant.<br>Dave Jones, Head of Property Management, has been outstanding in helping me and has taken the responsibility for a property that I now have problems in visiting.<br>Dave has dealt with difficult situations and tenants ensuring that the property is well maintained and meets all legal standards required.<br>I cannot recommend Dave enough and the service he provides to ensure your property is well looked after, especially as the regulations governing Landlords ever increase.<br>Dave and his team go the extra mile!<br><br>Turning to Mike Wallis , Davies Bespoke/Davies Property Partners, who handled the sale of my property.<br>I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star. Mike is very knowledgable and has great expertise in managing the ups and downs of the "chain".<br>He is very organised and an excellent communicator.<br>Without him the process would have been hard work and worrying,. He achieved the sale price which I had hoped for.<br>I cannot recommend him enough to entrust with the sale of your property.<br>He and his team worked hard and fully deserve their commission!

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience stress-free.<br><br>They found us a wonderful little cottage and guided us through every step, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The team were always professional, and incredibly efficient.<br><br>Their spacious, and welcoming office in Farnham reflects the excellent service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charters Farnham to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about its clients.

James valued and marketed our property just right. He kept us in the loop throughout and without his diligence, perseverance and going the extra mile, I don't think we would have got the deal done. We can wholeheartedly recommend James and his team to all, 100% trustworthy and honest, we were very fortunate to have got them on board.
22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)It's been a brilliant experience moving with Winkworth and I have to give a massive thank you specifically to Jamie Solis who helped us sell our property and buy a new one - great communication throughout the whole process, always able to answer our questions (millions of them...) and generally just a calm, patient, reassuring and informed guy, who was clearly very motivated to get us the house we wanted, and to sell ours.<br>We've experienced a few estate agents in Farnham and Winkworth were far and away the best experience we've had. Thanks Jamie and team!
29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)We have been using Northwood to rent our property since 2013. We lived abroad from 2013-2015. They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.
16th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I highly recommend Property explorer if you are thinking of selling your house<br>From the first meeting we felt like they understood we were selling our family home and the emotional attachment that goes alongside the decision.<br>They answered all our questions thoroughly and were always on the end of the phone to keep us involved in the whole process.<br>I would certainly use them again.

It has been a fairly stressful process, with multiple hiccups which were out of anyones control. Without Nina's checking in a reassurance I think I would have gone mad. 15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Well, where to start, the Churchods team from Farnham were great from the off.<br>Numerous viewings without any problems, questions answered as quickly as possible and then came the difficult part!<br>Kate Clapham chased both sets of solicitors relentlessly until we had completed the purchase.<br>Kate was extremely professional, helpful and certainly made the transition a lot more easier than it could have been.<br>The beautiful flowers we received at the time of picking up the keys certainly made the day after moving in.<br>Can’t thank you enough Kate, please pop in whenever you’re passing ??????<br>Frank & Margaret

They had a such refreshing approach and were more pro active than all the other agents combined ! They deserve to do well . Ours was a tricky sale , but they never gave up . Mark and Jackie’s tenacity paid off , dealing with many hurdles and an extremely tricky buyer . Well done to you all ! PP & D
3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.

Would reply within 24 hours to any queries over email and normally call back within the hour if needed.

The transaction was on the verge of collapsing until Darren stepped in and pulled all parties together to make the necessary changes. Right at the most critical time. Without Darren’s positive attitude and communication skills, I’m sure the transaction would’ve collapsed. Very grateful to Darren for this and I would recommend his services in future!

Moving house is incredibly stressful, but having an estate agent who is honest, transparent, and keeps you updated every step of the way makes all the difference.<br><br>This also had a private private sale in the chain, so there were plenty of unknowns, but Michael made the whole process feel straightforward and easy. His communication has been excellent throughout, always keeping us informed of every development, unlike many estate agents. He has gone above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and his professionalism and dedication have been a breath of fresh air.<br><br>Thank you, Michael, for making such a stressful experience so much easier.
