31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.- 2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I didn't know much about Clarke Gammon when I first saw the property that I wanted to buy, but my whole experience with this company has been superb, in no small part thanks to Simon Brooks in Haslemere. Simon was friendly, helpful and highly efficient in all my dealings with him. His years of experience proved invaluable. When communication was needed, he was always there to keep me informed, providing a vital link between the vendors and solicitors. His calm reassurance was much appreciated, managing keep everything on track resulting in a successful outcome for all of us.<br>Many thanks, Simon.

They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. If we had another house to sell, we'd certainly use them again - we couldn't recommend them enough.

26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.

Quick and efficient responses for all our queries. Then we bought our first house through them as well and their help was amazing. Every person of the staff I talked to knew about our case. I absolutely recommend them for your next rent/purchase. They will look after you.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
