9th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)The worst estate agent in Northwood. Don't even bother with them. Unprofessional. The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. Go at your own risk to this shoddy business!!!!

From our very first conversation, they were friendly, approachable, and incredibly patient — no question was ever too small, and they took the time to explain every step clearly. 30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)We are currently undergoing severe stress due to our dealings with this company. We are extremely unhappy with the handling of our deposit; they have failed to provide a clear timeframe for its return and we feel exploited by their lack of transparency. Communication has been incredibly poor throughout this process. It is frustrating to be left in the dark when it involves your own money. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before moving forward with them. The only positive note I can share is my appreciation for a former staff member, Rana. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with, but unfortunately, the current management and processes fall far short of that standard.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.

13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
