22nd Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)House successfully sold through David Charles. Warren, Hiran & Paula very helpful in overcoming hurdles along the way with constructive guidance and lots of patience to see the sale go through. Kept me informed at all times. Happy to have put my business with David Charles
5th Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)Worst estate agents in Edgware.
18th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I inquired about a flat, took my details and never got back , said they will get back in a few days but it's been weeks now.
4th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Kai has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is professional, friendly and always gives excellent and prompt service.
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Despite my experience took place 8 years ago, I will keep posting it to let other people know the truth of how they organise business here. Their response was false, I have not received any legal action against me as they know this has happened. The police had informed the person not to contact me via any channels.
The people in charge called my number after he clearly addressed in email that all my personal info has been deleted from their server. He threatened me to delete Google review through two phone calls by saying “ your are a xxx( my job title) at xxx( my work place address), I know where you live. “like a gang. I was forced to report his threaten to The Metropolitan Police, and I have been asked by the police to call 999 immediately if he calls me again or show up at either my property or work place.
Terrible attitude towards customers. One of them made an aggressive phone call and forced us to make a choice. He threatened not to provide any services to us after being refused. First time in my life. Awful experience!!!
27th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Highly recommend Orchard especially Daniel whom went above and beyond to help us after we were messed around by another estate agent. Thank you for everything Daniel . You have been amazing throughout the whole process.
19th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up.
They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings.
There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.
10th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Absolutely **** show of a customer service, only interested in taking details, constant change of stories. Until they get put on the back foot and told to be ethical and honest.
17th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Infinity Property have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they made the whole process of buying a property feel so easy and straightforward.
Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions.
I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!
26th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Reviews keep getting reported, and deleted!
Text message after text message from them about Karma, and how spiritual and honest they are. While refusing to give me invoices for building works they had managed, and overcharged me for! As I am asking them to negotiate the cost of the roof, they have gone ahead, and started installing the roof! Roofers who replaced roof, threw all the concrete debris into the top floor attic room, through roof opening to save money on a second tip! Only found out after roof had been replaced.
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early.
However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered.
After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time.
To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully.
I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
Binks Estate Agents - Chorleywood
Wyatts House, Rickmansworth Road, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, WD3 5SE(49 reviews)
20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I had a great experience with the Binks team.
They were very helpful every step of the way. Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process.
Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We recently used Fairfield to sell our home and purchase our new one, Abbie was fantastic throughout, providing excellent communication, support and reassurance, especially when things became super stressful. She went above and beyond to keep everything moving and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. John was also keen to keep the momentum going and worked hard to help keep all the deals together, which made a real difference during what was a complicated and stressful process. The rest of the team were also friendly and helpful whenever we dealt with them, and we appreciated their support throughout. Thank you
21st Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Dear Ian and Oliver,
Thank you both for making my house move so easy. I will certainly recommend your services.
Throughout the process, you were both exceptionally professional, proactive, and diligent. You kept me fully informed at every step and provided clear direction, making it a real pleasure to work with you both.
Best regards,
Christina
22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We recently used Aubrey & Finn for the sale of our home, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
We initially had our property listed with another estate agent but made the decision to move to Aubrey & Finn, largely because of how impressed we were with Mark from our very first conversations. It turned out to be an excellent decision.
Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.
What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.
A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home!
25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)An extremely professional service. When you walk in and see their office has been done up to resemble a plush London club and they are all dressed in three piece suits you immediately know they are "a cut above". Their highly personalised advice, support and guidance was invaluable.
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Fiona and the team at Hinton Residential are all extremely helpful, friendly and reliable whether on the phone, by email or in person. We have just sold our parents' house in Harrow Weald with them and it sold quickly at their guide price.
They consistently gave good advice and were also willing to keep an eye on the property when we were not able to be there in person. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they have kept us informed every step of the way.
We contacted several estate agents, but Hinton's had our business from the moment we first met them. I would highly recommend them whether you are looking to sell, buy, let or rent in their area.
21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I had a great experience with this estate agent. The team was professional, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They made everything straightforward and were always happy to help. I would definitely recommend them!
2nd Nov 2022 (4 years ago)Not trustworthy and disgusting service. Not recommend, service is poor and staff are very rude

13th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Joshua at DKH has been absolutely amazing and played a huge part in helping us with our recent house purchase.
He attended all of our viewings across multiple properties and was always incredibly helpful in getting answers to all of our questions. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing, Joshua was prompt and accommodating, making the whole process feel as easy and stress-free as possible.
He was always a pleasure to speak to, incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.
We’re so grateful for all of Joshua’s help in finding us the right home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A real credit to DKH!
A special thank you also to Hannah, our Sales Progressor, who kept us regularly updated, communicated quickly with the seller, and made sure everything requested from both sides was followed up efficiently.
We’re incredibly grateful to you both for making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. Thank you, Joshua and Hannah!
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I only reached out to Andrew Pearce recently and from the start I felt they wanted to get us our dream house.
Aanya has been absolutely fantastic in knowing our needs and her transparency was appreciated. Her confidence in not only finding a house for us but also selling ours gave us confidence. I highly do recommend Aanya for your property search, and also if you are selling. She has a far reach and is willing to work hard to ensure you are happy.
Alec is very knowledgeable and detail orientated with his view on the property market and how our property would do. This helped a lot.
By chance in conversation, we were discussing properties that may suit, and then all of a sudden we found our dream home!

26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Hopcroft Property Experts. The team were incredibly attentive, responsible and professional throughout the whole sale/purchase process. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, everything was wrapped up in under two months, and I was able to move in exactly within my desired timescale. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
12th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We just completed our completion today and Jordan and his team have provided us outstanding service from start to finish. Always accommodated us when we wanted to go and view the property and kept us updated during the process.
