19th May 2021 (5 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.

23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Renting from this Agent was one of the biggest mistakes of our lives. We rented a property at Elms Avenue which was extremely poorly maintained. We vacated the property within 6 months of renting - that should be indicative of how badly we were treated. Their entire response was that - the property meets the PHS standards for letting, beyond that I heard stuff like ‘it’s an old property, it is what it is’ & they arranged service folks who came and ranted about how badly managed that property was because the landlord was not good (this property was let and managed by them).<br>1) We moved in towards end of Dec and did not have heating in a massive 5 bed house for few days because no one was able to come immediately during Xmas and new years (response: it worked 2 weeks ago, we will get someone in). The temperate outside was -2 and inside was 0.<br>2) they had a dryer it’s a pull out drawer which was full of black moldy water with dryer covered with lint etc (response: never received one)<br>3) washing machine broke ie the drum cracked completely. I raised the issue that the machine was making a massive amount of noise a week before it broke (response: nothing till the machine broke and a week went by and then I asked for them to pay for my laundry collection and drop of service etc which they did)<br>4) we moved into a house with oven not working (which was on 28th Dec), we got the oven replaced on the Thursday before Easter (response: multiple attempts were made with AO who didn’t deliver because of parking issues) - they never answered how they would be reacting if multiple attempts to pay rent was made but rent was NOT actually paid.<br>5) the water dispenser in the fridge leaks every once a month - the water dispenser is not usable since it has mold which they didn’t think should be cleaned.<br>2 of their toilets leaked, door to the backyard is rotten, dishwasher broke. The list simply doesn’t end.<br><br>DO NOT RENT WITH THESE GUYS. they are lucky we got out as I had started a case against their property with the council with the mold etc but knowing how quickly the council works, before they could act on this, we had vacated. They brought the worst out of us, I had written so many emails and eventually towards the end they were in all caps and so rude because the attitude and actually Shannon telling us ‘it’s an old property, it is what it is’ tipped us over.<br><br>Imagine we vacated the property by July with a child which was 2 moves in 8 months - the mental stress they have caused us - that’s an 8 months of our lives we will not get back.<br>I wish no one in Elms Avenue uses them, I told the street how bad they were and how bad that property was to as many as possible.<br>PS: we are landlords and have been tenants before- this explained why the tenancy rights act changed. It is to protect tenants from horrendous landlords and agents like these.<br>I am attaching pics of the water dispenser from the fridge and the dryer lint which was black gunk.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thank you!!

15th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line
5th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.- 22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)They came in with a higher valuation than any other agent and they got us asking price. They were definitely the right agent for us.
