25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. 22nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
