Not keeping us informed with how bungalow is progressing- 29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

The staff kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled efficiently. 28th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)My advice is not to use Purplebricks , I found them mostly unhelpful and very disjointed in their approach. They over estimated my property value I suspect to get me on board. I paid for accompanied viewings which costs more and signed with them in August 2021, I took the decision to drop the price after five months of not receiving any resonable offers and then received an acceptable offer , however the do not have a good/pro active Post SaIes support team and do not monitor the sale progress, conseqently I lost the buyer and my faith in their ability to sell properties. I could go into volumes about their service and lack of it but will stop short and just say I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Purplebricks. Furthermore they lost one of my keys that I gave them. I withdrew my property from them in June 2022.

He has conducted two viewings with us + also went back to take some photos that were required by the surveyor. Very accommodating and a credit to the team.
