Sometimes you hear horror stories about Solicitors taking an age to reply or respond but I had 0 issues with this and would not hesitate to use Barnetts Services again
25th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have been absolutely delighted with the service we received from Vivien and her colleagues at Galbraiths in Ayr which totally exceeded our expectations in every way. Vivien looked after us flawlessly from start to finish, with daily phone calls and endless charm and enthusiasm. Our farm and land were beautifully marketed, the photos and drone footage were superb and marketing reached far and wide. We received numerous viewers and sold the property promptly at a good price. The personal, friendly and professional service was so reassuring as Vivien helped and advised at every stage of the process and spent as much time as we needed to ensure a seamless sale. We cannot thank Vivien and Galbraiths enough and would definitely recommend to other sellers for a top class, personalised sales experience.

30th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot recommend Liam and his team enough. Although I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding ring, which did not seem much out of the ordinary, I was finding it difficult to find what I wanted in the usual places. eventually I found Liam's website and an example of what I had been thinking about already present. I was then able to book a one to one session to go over size and material as well as costs and timings at short notice (between lockdowns). This was followed up by another individual sit down with the team to ensure I was happy with the ring as it was being made to order for me. I was allowed see the digital mock-up, select the materials and everything else you might want. I was given advice on what combinations would work, how to care for the material and everything was carried out in a highly professional manner.

27th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

24th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole selling experience with Stonefield. Right from the first visit from the very charming Lee( the valuer) we felt at ease . This was very important to us as we had a horrific experience with the sale of our last property and didn’t think we could trust an estate agent again. Also Lee reassured us that our sons complex medical needs would not be a problem and viewings would be accommodated around him which is exactly what happened.We were kept informed by the lovely Marie about every part of the process and reassured when I was getting stressed prior to the house going on the market.We sold with Marie about 18 years ago and knew she was the person we wanted to deal with our sale,Every member of the team were polite and pleasant to talk to and the results speak for themselves. Our house sold in one day for well above home report and we are delighted with the whole process.10 out of 10 to the dream team at Stonefield

While the agent, Rachel, was pleasant during the viewing and check-in process for 2B Orchard Avenue, her behavior changed completely once I moved in.The property itself was completely unlivable—miserably cold due to old, inefficient radiators. When I raised valid complaints about the heating, Rachel became insulting and hostile. Upon leaving, she deducted more than half of my deposit using completely fake reasons. The stress of this tenancy was so severe that it forced me to relocate and even leave my job. Disgraceful

I met Julie at the property and she showed me around and we had a good chat during the process. I explained my situation and I can’t say how relaxed and better I felt. Julie made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Unfortunately after Julie left I felt less supported, I have closed my tenancy and left the property. I am upset how much was taken off my deposit at the end of the day, when I had issues it wasn’t resolved and when rat issues started the cheapest option was gone for<br><br>Unfortunately seemed to go downhill after Julie left felt less supported and I felt the end situation was handled poorly. I could dispute it but I just want the hassle over and done with
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

30th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Having read the positive reviews for Oakhouse Premier Sales, I got in touch with Richard, the owner and immediately found him to be extremely knowledgable with regard to the local market and in addition his professional, friendly approach and communication skills confirmed he was best for the job. And what truly puts him head and shoulders above so many is that he made the entire process stress free. The service received was far greater than expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Oakhouse in future.
