1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

I'm currently coming to the end of the tenancy with Alberly Tyson, The staff have always been friendly, polite and professional. Alberly Tyson was supportive through both the moving-in period and the moving-out period, Giving us clear instructions on what we need to do throughout the process. I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

Richard and John have gone above and beyond doing things for me I never thought any estate agents would do. The agent who showed us round the property was a guy called Ed, we can not rate him highly enough. In my view his approach was just right - he was very professional but friendly, had excellent communication skills from the outset. He gave all the required information when we asked and kept in touch but was never pushy. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed at Oscar James, he is a real credit to the industry. Sadly not all Estate are the same for sure but we really felt that we were in good hands with this agent.
