3rd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. 22nd May 2026 (16 days ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

We have been viewing houses for a few months and she was the best agent we have met by far. The house was not for us, but I hope we have the chance to meet her again as we continue our search. She is a credit to the team at David Robinson!

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . 21st May 2026 (17 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
