The level of communication and professionalism throughout the process has been excellent. I would highly recommend both Triniti and Connells if you are considering selling your property. Friendly professional staff nothing was too much trouble for them always returned phone calls and helped with forms etc. where very good at communicating between my buyers solicitor and my solicitor. 6th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.

They smoothly guided me through the sales process from start to finish, and managed the (unconventional) buyer, defending our position when required. Julie was always swift to reply to communications and gave helpful practical advice when requested. Everyone was polite and professional. Smart, polished, charming without being too smooth for comfort. I would have liked the staff to answer the phone with their name, not just "H&H". I had to ask / guess who I was talking to when I rang in - Julie / Claire / Jayne / etc.

So I chose Ellis Brooke to market my home for me. The whole process was prompt and efficient, with impressive photography and details, which quickly attracted viewings and offers, leading to a sale. I accepted an offer for the full asking price within four days of the house going on the market from a buyer on the Jowett and Stone database. I'm happy to say that my initial impression of the agency was further enhanced by the involvement of the office based staff. I was updated at every stage of the sales process by Karen and Philippa. I would highly recommend this thoroughly professional Estate Agency.
