I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back.<br><br>From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale.<br><br>But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. Their diligence and experience truly paid off, and even though parts of the sale became complicated and stressful, their knowledge and dedication were invaluable right up to the final day.<br><br>We can't thank them enough. After some disappointing experiences with other agents in the past, working with F&C was a real breath of fresh air — personable, talented, and true experts in their field.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.<br><br>Dan Workman

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)**Very Poor Letting Agent**<br><br>Extremely disappointed with our experience. We have had a broken window for over a year, despite communicating this with them several times, multiple people coming out to inspect it. Still no avail, they even asked for us to coordianate and push for updates on the repair which as the tenant is not our responsibility to arrange the repair.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, and the issue has been repeatedly delayed with no proper resolution. A basic repair should not take over a year. Very poor service and professionalism. 23rd May 2025 (1 year ago)Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date Dates for completion kept being put back Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today

3rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Comfort estates managed the houseshare I was in with Amy as the property manager. We had a couple of issues with the landlords but I think Amy helped navigate this well. And despite these issues the house was kept to an excellent standard in general, I had no issues regarding rent and for the most part maintainance was relatively quick when managed by Comfort Estates.

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.

India was amazing keeping me updated all the way through.Everyone of the team i spoke to was so professional,knowledgeable and courteous.
