12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Between myself and my wife, in 12 weeks we received 1 phone call, and that was to lower the price they valued it at. The photos were poor too. Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

Over nearly two decades, the team has consistently provided professional, reliable, and responsive service. Special thanks to Louise, who has always ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>More recently, Brian and Piotra supported the sale of my property and successfully secured a buyer within a very short period of time. Their market knowledge, communication, and dedication made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>As someone living abroad, having a trustworthy agent is absolutely essential. Rachel from Connells was extremely proactive and saved our chain from collapsing, which we were very grateful for. Jemma, in Rachel ‘s absence, was also very helpful and supportive, again we were not their clients.<br><br>Both were very friendly and helpful throughout. A big thank you to them both.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Hayley was very reassuring when I first met her and explained how she arrived at her valuation amount, well supported with local comparable property data, while emphasising that the final decision was mine. I felt confident in accepting her advice. Photography and sales details were prepared very quickly and efficiently. As I don't live locally good communication has been particularlyimportant. It has been refreshing to deal with a team who clearly communicate well among themselves as whenever I've contacted them whoever i spoke with was well informed about my case. Once an offer was received Mark was helpful, professional and very quick to act on my instructions. I've had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Denny Knight.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.
