I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

The team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home. They communicated clearly at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire buying process feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their reliability and attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout, handled any issues quickly, and worked closely with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. Their friendly and supportive approach made a huge difference during what can often be a complicated experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. He kept me and my solicitor informed the entire way through the process, ensuring I had the best possible service throughout. He was always a pleasure to work with. Thanks a million Ian.
2nd Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. Excellent Estate Agent

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

3rd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)A friendly person, very knowledgeable but promised us our asking price, said he wouldn’t move from the asking price & that was house is worth it all day long. First offer that came in was 5k lower than the asking price & he said the buyers will not budge. I had a strong feeling that the asking price wasn’t pushed enough. This resulted in me having to borrow 5k to cover my costs due to this short fall. Agent also sided with the buyer when it came to paying their solicitor a fee to exchange/complete on the same day & thought that it wasn’t fair. Im paying you a substantial amount to sell my property, the buyer isn’t paying you. What their solicitor decides cost wise, is between them, not us. I found these things leaving a very sour taste for me.
