Luke was incredible in how he understood our situation, what we wanted and how we needed to market the house (which wasn’t a straight forward property)! Sharon seemed really invested in the property, taking lead on all the show arounds. It wasn’t just luck that it sold within a week and completed within 12 (unheard of in the current climate!)! We are very grateful. Thank you.

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)In my search for renting a property after having had no luck withh other agency's until i stumbled across an ad for a property that suited my needs and after having enquired through Brown and Merry i was contacted shortly after and they had arranged a viewing, on top of viewing i had made an on the spot query to view a second property and was greatly accommodated, after having made a decision between the two properties i contacted Brown and Merry and they promptly assisted me in the application process and made the process stress free, this is my second time in 5 years using Brown and Merry and would greatly recommend them for prompt and timely assistance and delivery of service.

However Rashel took such great care of us, we honestly couldn’t have met a better person to advise use. He was fantastic from start to finish, he talked through every detail with us and explained everything in detail. Even keeping us updated throughout the whole process which was a relief, he handled everything perfectly and I again couldn’t have wished for a more perfect person to have helped us towards our first home. If you’re ever in Connells i would highly recommend seeking Rashel out for their services especially any first time buyers as he was fantastic!

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.<br>Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.<br>The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.<br>I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!<br>To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.<br>Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

Advice at all stages was clear and our input was incorporated where relevant. Best service received in comparison to any agency I have dealt with in the past.
1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

Our success was due to their knowledge of the local market & giving us fantastic advice in relation to the pricing and marketing of our home.<br><br>During the whole process, communication was fantastic and we received regular updates at every stage.<br><br>We sat on the market for 12 weeks before moving to JG, and it was the best decision we made. We’d recommend them to anyone considering selling their home!
