After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

18th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.
29th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

The team were always friendly, professional and quick to help whenever we had any questions or needed anything. The whole process was straightforward, and moving out was just as easy. My daughter had a viewing this afternoon with this company and they couldn’t be bothered to turn up and when we rang them they had no idea what we was talking about. They gave us one appointment for the morning then messaged us and gave us an afternoon appointment the same day and then acted like there was no viewing when we got here even though we have proof in the messages. I’m absolutely fuming. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Viewings were handled very professionally, and we were given the time and space to look around the property without any pushy sales pressure, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Mel was always friendly, helpful and accommodating, including arranging return visits whenever needed. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for helping make the purchase of our new home such a positive experience.
