29th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

All three are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. They worked tirelessly to sell my property and kept me informed of any interest shown by potential buyers and on viewings and feedback. Overall a highly professional yet friendly service. Would definitely recommend the company.
1st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I originally went with another estate agent to sell my property. After a year of unsuccessful viewings, very little or no feedback negative or positive was received despite asking regularly. I decided to take my property off the market for a few weeks and then decided to try Flying Keys. What can I say? From the start Flying Keys were professional in everything they done from the initial valuation on 18/08/25 with Ryan, 27/08/25 photos and measure with Dan, 1st viewing 03/09/25, with Kian, 22/09/25 offer made and accepted. I was added to the owner app Street where I was informed and updated at every stage from beginning to end. Kian assisted every viewing until the sale was finally completed 31/03/26. Kian was and is a wonderful, polite, friendly young man who in my opinion Flying Keys are lucky to have as part of their team. I definitely recommend Flying Keys to anyone who are thinking of selling or buying their home. THANK YOU ??

27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

With one week on the market we’d already had two viewers, which was two more than what we had with another estate agents in 3 months! They kept us informed of the process, and looked after us right up to the day of our move. Thank you for making our process less stressful.

Tyrel, the estate agent who dealt with us, was absolutely fantastic. From the initial viewing right through to the day we received our keys, he was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed about the property and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. As a company, Chapman Properties have been great to deal with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Shannon & Charley
