4th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)After 4 years of no problems our landlord chose to switch to Darlows because they were offering “a better service for landlords”... not only did this turn out to be the exact opposite for our landlord but our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) had to suffer over and over before we eventually had enough and were forced to find another property to keep our family safe & warm. The staff were buck passers who never dealt with anything that involved effort, as a result our landlord paid thousands for a new boiler and repairs that were unnecessary and could have been avoided if action was taken as it should have been (boiler leaked for 3 days and brought a ceiling down - we could not stop the leak and no one knew where a stop tap was!!) this is just 1 example I can assure you there are many more just as bad, our landlord is taking further action and ultimately had to sell the property. We cannot emphasise enough that as a tenant or landlord you are taking a big risk by using Darlows! I am sure more will surface in time. You have been warned.

12th Mar 2020 (4 years ago)I dealt with Jordan from Lucas Estate and I found him very professional and fast with both his communication and the actual selling of the house. I booked 4 different agents to come view the house, but in the end I went with just one as they were much better at just about everything, and I felt like they wanted to job more than the others.

10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Pink move has been purchased by Peter Alan, nobody told me anything. Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.

All the application forms and instructions were provided fast and explained really well, plus communication was maintained at all times and all questions answered promptly.
