7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. In particular I'd like to thank Isabella for her help throughout this purchase - I hope her manager is reading this; she deserves some recognition!
28th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)My email name is a result of using my email account for work. My name is Catherine Clark and I decided to sell my cottage in Sheringham through Arnolds Keys. They were the agent when we bought the property 27 years ago and we have had an excellent relationship with the letting arm of their business, Keys Holidays for well over 20 years, hence deciding to use them when it came time to sell. They produced an excellent brochure and found us a buyer within a fortnight of putting the cottage on the market. I particularly like the fact that, no matter who I spoke to in the Sheringham office, everyone had detailed knowledge of our property and could answer any question I, or indeed our buyer, had. Paul Winterbourne phoned me every week with a progress report, which I really appreciated. From our first request for a valuation, Clive Hedges and Sue Hall were helpful, professional and very approachable and this helpful 'can do' attitude from the whole team has persisted throughout the selling process which culminates in completion next Tuesday. They even sent me a copy of the 360 degree tour which was part of the details on Rightmove. I was delighted by this because the link to the tour on Rightmove was no longer available when tge details were removed from the site. We would not hesitate to recommend Arnolds Keys in Sheringham. We've had a totally positive experience, for which we are sincerely grateful.

20th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

Although our sale took a while (unusual property) we had loads of support and help with the negotiations. Alix was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed all the time. Highly recommended.
28th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We have used Jackson Stopps in Burnham Market to sell two properties in the past six years. The most recent one was completed just two months ago. We would highly recommend them as a totally and knowledgeable agency.

28th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)So , the estate agent acted for the vendor, I was a cash buyer and had no agent. Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated. I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief. I felt she had become my best ally.
22nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

They supported me to navigate a number of challenges along the way and did so with lots of care and patience. Even taking calls out of hours! Their warm and friendly approach meant that I could trust them from day one. I would 100% recommend Millers and I'd use them again without any hesitation at all.
