4th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Used another estate agents in Bicester before using Thomas Merrifield but did'nt feel that they were doing much for us. Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Cherry Picked. Their team were a pleasure to work with.
3rd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!

16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

18th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion. This would not have been possible without their dedicated help, timely and clear communication, as well as professional support.<br><br>A big thank you to the Hunters Bicester team. Highly recommended!
