4th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Used another estate agents in Bicester before using Thomas Merrifield but did'nt feel that they were doing much for us. Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

26th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team

26th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

23rd Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Mark David.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Cherry Picked. Their team were a pleasure to work with.

3rd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!

16th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.

21st Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Chris has been excellent throughout the process, both selling and supporting me in the purchase process. He has gone above and beyond in all his support. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

18th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion. This would not have been possible without their dedicated help, timely and clear communication, as well as professional support.<br><br>A big thank you to the Hunters Bicester team. Highly recommended!
