3rd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had been renting a property in Ely for the past 4 years or so through Cheffins and have had nothing but a positive experience. They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.

The tram worked really hard and secured an offer before the property even went live. I was regularly updated on progress, Overall great experience would highly recommend.

Compared to all the other agents we dealt with while looking, Russen & Turner stand head and shoulders above the rest! Highly recommended agents.

13th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)I cannot recommend Newson & Buck Estate Agents enough! Erika dealt with my purchase and was nothing short of exceptional. She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. They are the new way of selling houses and I’d say they set the standard for everyone else.

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.

6th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Rob from HAART was absolutely brilliant, we immediately struck up a trusting relationship which made it a very easy decision for me to go with him to sell my home, he was very complimentary, showed me how to dress my home for the sale and took some beautiful pictures, his write up was wonderful and the house sold within days. Rob has been very attentive throughout the selling process especially at the end when it all became a bit stressful! I’m not planning on moving any time soon but when I do I will definitely be in touch!

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

27th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We found a house we wanted to buy and so we were under pressure to sell to make our move happen. Ollie understood this and worked with us to get our house marketed ASAP. Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!
