They helped us find a one-bedroom flat exactly according to our requirements, and the whole process was completed in less than a week. Wayne and Vanessa were absolutely amazing throughout the journey. Since I was busy with work, they communicated smoothly and professionally through emails and messages, keeping everything clear and stress-free. As this was our first time renting a flat, we had many questions and moments of confusion, but they patiently guided us through every step and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
