Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. The team at the Kelvedon Hatch office demonstrated an impressive wealth of knowledge, handling every aspect with professionalism and care. From capturing excellent photographs to marketing the property effectively and conducting viewings, their service was truly second to none. A special mention goes to Hayley, the sales progressor, who worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through smoothly. An outstanding team of dedicated professionals whom I would thoroughly recommend.

17th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

27th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
