14th Feb 2026 (26 weeks ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?

8th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

13th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x

28th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)We recently completed the purchase of a house marketed by Farsons Property Group and dealt mainly with Jacob himself. The service delivered was adequate at best. We were part of a chain, which we disclosed to Jacob from the very beginning and remained transparent throughout our communication. However, when challenges arose in the process, instead of mediating or involving our vendors, it felt as though Jacob passed along their negativity, aggravating an already delicate situation. The sale was completed, and matters were mediated, but by other parties involved. We were particularly undemanding as purchasers, but any requests we made via Jacob were not answered in a timely or particularly professional manner. We felt undervalued as FPG customers, so we would not recommend their services.
