30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Duncan and his team have just sold out house in record time. I showed him round 6 months before we put it on the market and there was no hassling, and when we were ready he gave us great advise throughout. Couldn't be more satisfied.
14th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

I can’t thank them enough for making the process go so smoothly.

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.

Extremely happy with their service and highly recommended

6th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

20th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Amazing, kind and warm, stayed on top of all the maintenance issues during the tenancy and released my full security deposit in no time after the tenancy (even after some minor wear and tear in the walls due to hanging pictures and having the bed frame hanging against the wall) I'm very appreciated!!

They kept me updated throughout the process and were a good link for direct contact with the buyer. Their prices were also very competitive. I would recommend them and be happy to use them again.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
14th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

Communication was great and made me feel very comfortable. I also had communication with George and Marianne too, they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend using their in house mortgage broker, James Sturch. The experience I had with James with second to none. Top guy, highly recommended! Great estate agents, 5 star service!

Jack was so patient with all the delays, chased the solicitors and buyers when we were losing the will, and kept us sane. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate everything!
