His knowledge of both the local area and the property market was invaluable, helping to position my property competitively from the outset. He kept me informed at every stage, provided clear advice throughout the process, and was always on hand to answer any questions.<br><br>Duncan and the wider team were proactive in driving the sale forward, regularly following up with both me and my solicitor to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>I honestly can't fault the team and would not hesitate to recommend Keys & Lee to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 14th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

Your hard work, excellent communication and commitment ultimately made such a difference and I’m extremely grateful for everything you did.<br><br>Professional, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated from start to finish, you truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this team - they really are a powerhouse!

They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.

12th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

21st Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I recently met with several agents to discuss the sale of my Victorian conversion flat, and Brookings stood out immediately.<br><br>Yasmin arrived thoroughly prepared, with a well-researched proposal, realistic valuation rationale and a clear marketing strategy. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.<br><br>I've also been impressed by the wider team. Everyone I've dealt with has been engaged, responsive and clearly takes pride in their work. Communication has been prompt throughout, and questions have been answered quickly and thoughtfully. In particular, the photographer took considerable care to showcase the character of the property, and the resulting experience felt far more professional than a typical estate agency appointment.<br><br>We're only at the beginning of the process, but my experience so far has been extremely positive and I would happily recommend Yasmin and the Brookings team.

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.
7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Very poor and unprofessional experience. I had two separate appointments booked - Friday and today (Monday) - with a confirmed reservation and a confirmation message. No one showed up on either day and no one called to inform me they weren't coming. When I called to ask, I was simply told they "forgot". Complete lack of respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this company.

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

11th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I've had the best experience with Pindrop Property, the main managing director showed me the property the experience was wonderful, their communication was on point throughout the whole process until the end of the completions of the sale. They were very accommodating when needed to communicate with the sellers. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will return if I look for another property in the future.
