6th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

Their service is professional, friendly and personable and nothing is too much trouble. When contacted they respond quickly and their customer service is excellent; all staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The photographs, video and write up of the house were superb. We have already recommended Alex Jones to a close friend who now has her house on the market with them. This company offers a professional service at very competitive prices; a fantastic Estate Agent who still retains the personal touch. We will definitely use them again for any future sales or letting.

1st Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)West Wales properties went above and beyond to sell two properties for me in Carmarthen. They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.
