3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. How RUDE is that, AVOID AT ALL COST as they cannot be trusted. I stayed in all morning waiting for the Estate Agent to arrive but she arrived late. She was not able to help as she wanted to put my Cottage on the market for approx £100,000 less than its true value. Also it was £110,000 less than I was offered 4 years ago but the buyers chain collapsed.

13th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Want to know what an excellent village-based estate agent looks like? Look no further than Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst High Street. They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’. Their amazing branch manager, Sarah, has a fantastic team - everyone is friendly, supportive, customer-focused and efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have the full suite of property services under one roof – property valuations, sales, lettings, mortgages - and their mortgage broker, Jayne, is a complete genius! In my particular case, Austin & Wyatt at Lyndhurst have been outstanding – they have provided me with so much assistance regarding my property and all the wider issues – I just can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. Sarah and your team, you are simply wonderful – thank you!

31st Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

He took the time to listen and brought all the parties together. He is an excellent communicator and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure the process ran smoothly. We highly recommend him.

We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

18th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)Throughout the 10 months it took to sell, I felt as if I was Darren's only customer. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress. After a bad initial experience with another firm who produced inaccurate, unappealing marketing material at a snail's pace, it was a relief to feel in good hands and I would use Hayward Fox again if I had a property in their to sell.

25th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
