2nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

Warm and friendly when we first met her at the property and with all correspondence post that first viewing she has been professional as well as amicable. Would highly recommend using Jackson - Stops for the service they provide
8th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process. They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues. Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.
16th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)This agency is simply ridiculous. I have yet to see a property for sale on their books that doesn't look SUBSTANTIALLY over priced. My wife and I were considering a property in the area that this agency deals with but have refused to even consider any of their properties as they are so over valued. We have done extensive research of the area that they deal with and can only come to this conclusion!! SUCH a shame as there have been a number of properties we would of actually considered buying had they not been so ridiculously valued.

The Village GreenNorthiamNr RyeEast Sussex, TN31 6ND(17 reviews)16th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back

Lambert and Foster priced our house correctly enabling it to sell fast. Highly recommend there excellent services. Helped us by recommending a great house clearance company.

2nd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)The survey provided was efficient, helpful and friendly. The report was received promptly and all queries answered quickly and simply, including plenty of photos of the flat roof. It was good to find a surveyor who could survey a flat roof at a very competitive price.
10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)These people are truely awful to deal with my wife was humiliated when a member of there staff was ridiculusly pedantic and quite aggressive, when they went into the property, They go out of they way to get a deposit refund for there client.
29th Nov 2023 (20 weeks ago)Very good communication with the agents. We put the house on the market at a difficult time and initially weren’t getting many viewings. After consultation with the agents we lowered the price which resulted in an increase in viewings and three offers over a weekend

They kept us up to speed with every step of the process. The process is all online so it is easy and smooth. 27th Aug 2023 (7 mo. ago)Although Ben Dymond helped me view some of the properties in St Leonards, he actually is based at the Ticehurst office. I can't praise Ben's affable yet professional approach highly enough. He appeared to be just as interested in the properties as I was, and it felt like an unhurried and positive experience whilst viewing these houses. In fact, there were laughs and good spirits all along the way, which is a far cry from many of the other local estate agent attitudes. Ben did his absolute best for me and even gave me some advice generally on the area and what to be looking out for. In the end, the property I found was with a different company simply because it was on a street I'd been keeping an eye on, but I've kept in touch with Ben - he rang recently to see if all was going well with the property I'd mentioned I was buying to him. I know that if I hadn't bought that particular house, I'd have been able to rely on Ben to keep me up to date with the market and he'd have most likely found me my dream house. I would recommend Wyatt Hughes because of their positive, 'can do' attitude at the same time as maintaining their integrity in the industry. They are the team which gives Estate Agents a 'good' name - not your average suited and booted wide boy!
