Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.<br><br>The agency seemed to have a poor understanding of the local market, communication was consistently lacking, and the sale ultimately took over 10 months to complete.<br><br>From the beginning, I felt the property was poorly marketed. There also appeared to be a lack of transparency with prospective buyers regarding the fact that the property was realistically suited to cash buyers, which caused unnecessary delays and complications.<br><br>Communication was one of the biggest issues. There were numerous occasions when I tried calling and simply could not get through, and at times I found the attitude I received dismissive rather than helpful.<br><br>At one stage, I even found myself having to advise the agent on how the negotiations should be handled because there seemed to be very little urgency or effort being put into progressing the sale. Eventually, after having phone calls and emails not responded to, I contacted the manager that took over the case, which did improve things somewhat, but the overall service was still far below what I would expect from an estate agency handling the sale of a property. How can it take over a week and me practically begging to get a response to hear from an agency?<br><br>After more than 10 months, I came away extremely disappointed with the experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive and attentive agent who will actively work to sell their property, communicate consistently and make them feel that the sale is in capable hands. You should seriously improve the level of service.

From start to finish the process was very smooth, with clear guidance along the way. I would recommend Drummonds to anyone going through the process of buying/selling a property.
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I am renting my property out through Manners and Harrison, after looking at the all of the mainstream firms and going into branches they were the most supportive and engaging at the first point of contact. I dealt with Katie in the Stockton branch she answered all of my questions gave me lots of useful information without being pushy or feeling like it was a hard sell,I was gathering the details needed to make my choice and after sitting down with Katie and others it was obvious which company to go with.<br><br>Katie backed up by Lee did not disappoint they supported me in person on the phone and by email, walked me through the process and waited patiently whilst I was sorting solicitors and other issues.<br><br>When it came advertising and viewing it was completed within a week and offers were on the table, I used the full management service so they took care of all of the legalities and tenants were in place within 2 weeks from advertising.<br><br>I look forward to a good working relationship with Katie and the team

Answering any questions that I had thoroughly and explaining so that I totally understood. Stacy valued the property and marketed it at what I thought was the most realistic price from the 3 valuations I had received. The property was only on the market for 2 weeks and 3 days before I received 2 offers for the full asking price.

Demi and the team guided us through the whole house selling process in a professional, but more importantly friendly way. The communication throughout, either by email or on the telephone, was seamless. Leisa and Nicola were lovely too. I would definitely recommend Gowland White.

They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated their excellent communication and support. Highly recommended!
24th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)We viewed a property on December 30 2025 and made an offer the same day. Although the office was closed , the manager rang me from home and we started the process.. Through out the whole journey Marian from the Stockton office was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant touch and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went over and beyond to help us. We shall never forget her professionalism and kind nature.
9th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. I especially felt listened to by Emma who really guided me through the sales process regarding time frames and next steps. Emails were answered promptly, communication was clear and I felt reassured that the team managed our sale well throughout. A very successful outcome and a big thank you.

He knew everything about the house, went into detail in each room, simple things that other estate agents don't mention such as the age of the windows etc. Was also able to answer every question.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
