18th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)These were simply the best efficient honest pleasant Tracy Dave Ben Maggie all so down to earth and friendly. Communication was perfect at every stage, we got the price we wanted for the house and the valuation was spot on. We would recommend Clayton’s to anyone
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Traci was absolutely fantastic! Always happy to help and present throughout. She prompted me when needed but also took the weight off my shoulders! I would really recommend Hamptons! Traci, thank you so much for helping me finding my new home!
24th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)I dealt with Angela and she went out of her way to assist me regarding a property I was interested in. She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible experience with this agency. The level of professionalism and communication is extremely disappointing.
I have experienced staff shouting at me over the phone, hanging up on me, and telling me to “wait on the line” only to leave me waiting while they disappear and carry on chatting with their colleagues. You can literally hear them having conversations in the background while you are left waiting for someone to actually deal with your issue.
They also ignore emails and fail to respond, which makes everything even more frustrating. If you are dealing with customers, basic communication, respect and professionalism should be the minimum.
I would definitely not recommend this agency based on my experience.
18th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I inquired about a flat, took my details and never got back , said they will get back in a few days but it's been weeks now.
19th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up.
They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings.
There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.
14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Savills offered an excellent service throughout. Totally satisfied.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
24th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Julia has been so accommodating for our move. From last minute changes to viewing times, to helping us secure our place. She’s made the process so prompt and streamlined throughout.
26th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The team were outstanding.
We requested and received prompt, kind and considerate communication; extra points go to Jack and Stephanie who were “ on it”’ from the start!
This was key for our reassurance and quick sale of the property. Thank you all very much!????
30th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Excellent service provided. Efficient, friendly staff.
28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I think the original estimate was much too high and has wasted time, I have reduced the price by 10K and still no interest
2nd Nov 2026 (4 days ago)A very professional, knowledgeable and helpful team at Michael Anthony Estate Agents.
Excellent communication skills - quick to respond throughout.
14th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Sharon was exceptional. Great communication, very professional and would highly recommend.
20th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We wanted to say a personal thank you to Nell who was our first point of contact with Connells. She initially showed us around the property and curated a smooth process throughout. She was warm, responsive and efficient at all times. Thank you. ????????????
31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Imagine were positive and enthusiastic with selling my property and made it a very easy and simple process for me.
Thank you!
21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Following a long standing rental lease Hobdays were quick into action to upgrade my Flat and find a new tenant. This required extensive planning, time sensitivity and much communication. Hobdays were always readily available and extremely personable in their approach to me. All the more important as I am located in Scotland.
The project was complex and needed day by day planning to ensure the property was was turned around in a timely fashion. All dates were completed to the day including the completion date and new tennant's moving in. I cannot speak highly enough of the thorough manner each of the lovely staff interacted with each other and myself in achieving this objective.
You Ladies and guys at( Hobdays) have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend anyone to engage them for all matters Rental & Real Estate.
Funny enough I purchased the property Hobday's in 1993....good friends for a long time now. Special to Kimberly & Gemma.

22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
31st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved.
Minimal viewings
Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage
No communication from the estate agent
I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
29th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Great experience
Very happy- 27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We chose Signature Estates in Bovingdon and we are so happy we did. They were so helpful from start to finish, in a truly difficult market. Once we had accepted an offer, Craig, Emma and Harry were all so helpful at talking us through all the stages, liaising with solicitors and the estate agents of the house we were buying. Any questions or queries, they were ready with answers. Plus they are all very friendly and easy to get along with. Couldn't have done it without them.
22nd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Disappointing experience but possibly explained by the fact that we are
located between two branches of Castles rather than being mainstream.
We are now using a local mainstream agent and getting a much stronger response and positive leads.
26th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Hopcroft Property Experts. The team were incredibly attentive, responsible and professional throughout the whole sale/purchase process. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, everything was wrapped up in under two months, and I was able to move in exactly within my desired timescale. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not only did we sell through Spenser residential but we bought through them too!
Selling:: Jamie went above and beyond regarding viewings, times that suited both the buyers and us, He really took his time getting the right photos and researching our area, he was informative, honest and was always reachable directly when you needed him as opposed to getting passed from pillar to post with an agent!
He kept us informed the whole way through our sale (and it was a long one) he remained positive, patient and invested , he even kept on top of the legal side to help us get our sale over the line!
Buying:: After our onward property falling through very close to exchange via another agent we had a chain of buyers and no house to go to…..we were at the point of giving up when Jamie and Brooke went out and leaflet dropped at a number of houses we liked in area in the hope they could repair the chain for us all , and that they did!! ??????
We found our dream home from a very lovely family Brooke put us in touch with , and the last bit ran ever so smoothly, thanks to the updates and communication from Spensers!
I can’t thank them enough,
And I can’t recommend them highly enough either!
They really do care! X
Lots of happy families in their new homes this week thanks to these guys ????????????
Many thanks, Danni xx
24th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)After previously having our property listed with a well known Estate Agent for many months without success we approached Withers & Curling to re-list the property. From first contact we found them to be honest and realistic on valuation, and within a short time offers were made and finally a sale.
During this process we found Morgan & Rosie Withers to be extremely helpful and professional. We would highly recommend Withers & Curling to handle the sale of your property.
