21st Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.
18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. 19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I found the staff very professional, they have kept me informed all the time about viewings and feed back from potential buyers. It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Very kind, patient & helpful She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none Overall a very positive experience I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people Also sold my previous property in Ossett with Richard Kendall

20th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We feel they have made the process of selling our son’s property so much easier for us. They have a friendly, honest approach and have keep communication going at all times, which has been extremely helpful for us.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

They are flexible, will carry out viewings or let you show potential buyers around if it suits better. Megan is extremely responsive, both via email and WhatsApp which makes everything that little more seamless. Thank you to Megan and the rest who have been involved, I would recommend each time.
