Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

Given that we lived away from the property this was very important to us. In summary the service was first class. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a property.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
5th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We honestly couldn’t recommend North Residential highly enough!!<br><br>From the very beginning, it felt like we genuinely mattered to them, rather than just being another sale. The level of care, communication and personal service was outstanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>We dealt mainly with Ashleigh and Scott, but every single member of the team was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They really listened to what we wanted and were incredibly accommodating. With two young children, we asked if viewings could be kept to just one day a week, and they completely respected our wishes without any issues.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Ashleigh. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She is so warm, bubbly and approachable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. No question was ever too much, and her advice and reassurance throughout the whole process were invaluable. She made what could have been a really stressful experience feel so much easier, and it genuinely felt like she cared about getting the best outcome for us. Thankyou Ashleigh!<br><br>All communication was excellent throughout, especially having a dedicated WhatsApp group where any questions were answered quickly and updates were always shared promptly. We always felt informed and supported every step of the way.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but the whole team at North Residential made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. We genuinely couldn’t fault them and are so grateful for everything they did.<br><br>We’ve already recommended North Residential to friends, who have since chosen to use them too, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.<br><br>Thank you to Ashleigh, Scott and the whole team for such an amazing service.
