I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back.<br><br>From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale.<br><br>But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. Their diligence and experience truly paid off, and even though parts of the sale became complicated and stressful, their knowledge and dedication were invaluable right up to the final day.<br><br>We can't thank them enough. After some disappointing experiences with other agents in the past, working with F&C was a real breath of fresh air — personable, talented, and true experts in their field.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.<br><br>Dan Workman

28th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)After a promising start with Jared it quickly went down hill. We are first time sellers and dealing with WHB put us off entirely that we took the house off the market and are going to try again in a couple of years (with another estate agent).<br><br>(To be clear, when we cancelled the contract I emailed them with our experience and it went unanswered)<br><br>In summary:<br>1. We expected a consultative experience. Being guided through the selling process with recommendations on what to do. Instead we’d get calls asking us what we wanted to do… if we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying you thousands in fees.<br>2. Liberty is in serious need of training. Any push back or challenge and she hands you off to Jared, during negotiations with a prospective buyer she relayed incorrect information on their offer, and speaking with the offerees directly communication with them was non existent. From the same offerees we were told that Liberty really doesnt understand the house she is selling, any of its unique features (even though we sent an email detailing them) and instead just guessed.<br>3. We had 4 viewings in 4 months, zero advice on what to do. With one viewing they were an elderly couple looking for a bungalow (for context we are a 3 story with steep stairs)<br>4. We received an incredibly low offer. This offer was delivered with no advice, no suggestions on next steps, no consultation. Just "here's the offer, what do you wanna do?" This offer was given around lunchtime, to which we countered and I had to chase a call the morning after to find out what was going on.<br><br>Rather than the consultative experience we expected, it feels like they are just order takers.<br><br>Based on our experience id encourage you to avoid.

From the moment we put our house on the market to completion everyone at Bairstow were really helpful. We did not have the smoothest of house moving journeys however Claire went out of her way to help solve issues quickly and calmly. Thank you!

He dealt with the eviction from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier than I expected.<br>He was always easy to get hold of, kept me updated throughout and was happy to answer any questions whenever I needed him. I never felt like I was chasing for updates or left wondering what was happening.<br>Mohammed was professional, friendly and really went the extra mile to get everything sorted. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

7th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Comfort estates managed the houseshare I was in with Amy as the property manager. We had a couple of issues with the landlords but I think Amy helped navigate this well. And despite these issues the house was kept to an excellent standard in general, I had no issues regarding rent and for the most part maintainance was relatively quick when managed by Comfort Estates.
