27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.
13th Jan 2026 (27 days ago)I can’t thank jack & his team (Abby & Harrison) at Rayleigh branch for coming in & taking over the process of selling our house, they have all been very prompt with all correspondence whether it be arranging viewings, following up appointments or issuing offer letters. We are now in the process of accepting the right offer to our need with the help of all the team so we are able to proceed with the purchase of our dream property which is also through Connells so the process is so smooth as the team are all working together for our sale & purchase. Huge thanks to jack abby & Harrison you are complete stars.

Having a sold a number of properties before, I was impressed with Dean's care and attention with the sale process and his communications to keep me up to date. Dean was able to handle, and deal with, the inevitable "bumps in the road" when selling a house and gave sensible practical advise and assistance when needed.

When our first buyer lost their buyer, Countryside were quick to market the property again and within two days found our current buyer with whom we have now exchanged and completing in two days. They have always been available when we phoned them and if Joe was not available Albert Richard and Tom were always there to look after us. In particular, Albert went above and beyond to help us and satisfy our every need. Albert is a superb representative of Countryside Estates and we wish him al the very best for the future.
23rd Jan 2026 (17 days ago)Ayers and Cruiks began managing our blocks of flats in 2017, and I have been a director representing the blocks since 2022. I have had extensive dealings with Ayers and Cruiks, particularly with Rita, who heads their block management team. Rita has provided first-class service to us as directors and to the residents of the blocks. This includes handling day-to-day issues such as building maintenance, finance, insurance, fire regulations, utilities, and resident communication. We are currently undertaking a major renovation of our buildings, the biggest upgrade to the buildings since they were built in 1965. Rita has been critical to getting the project off the ground and continues to be enthusiastic and supportive as we execute this project. I highly recommend the services of Ayers and Cruiks.

Consistently the most professional, available and motivated person we spoke to through a really tough and lengthy process. The lengths he went to in order that this (not even particularly high valued!) sale go through were extraordinary and we remain very, very grateful. 20th Jan 2026 (20 days ago)We have had such a great sales process. The last time we moved was 16 years ago and its all definitely changed since then. The whole experience has been so good from Ellis coming out to us and explaining it all to us, listening to what we needed. Tia came round and took all the pictures which looked great. The house was listed on Thursday and they had 11 appointments booked and 5 in reserve before the end of the day. Tia dealt with all the viewings on the Saturday, from that we had 5 offers straight away. When we accepted the offer Zoe took over the sales progression, she was fantastic she set up a WhatsApp group with all the other agents in the chain to get regular updates from everyone. She kept in contact with our solicitors and kept us updated too. Thank you all for your help!! x
