9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

11th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We honestly can’t thank Rob enough for everything he did for us throughout what turned into an incredibly long and stressful process of selling our old (shared ownership) home.<br><br>We faced so many difficult situations along the way, including losing our original buyer, a down valuation, changes of solicitors and numerous delays and complications that could have easily made the whole process even more stressful. Through all of this, Rob was always there to help, keep things moving and do whatever he could to get us over the line.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how much Rob genuinely cared. He went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent and was always approachable, reassuring and willing to help, even when things were completely out of his control. He kept communicating with us throughout and never made us feel like we were dealing with everything on our own. He was always really quick to reply when we had any questions.<br><br>After such a long and difficult journey, we’re so grateful that we had Rob on our side. Not only is he fantastic at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely great person who clearly takes pride in helping his clients.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough. 24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Harry Corcoran was absolutely fantastic throughout our house search. He was incredibly well-informed, accommodating and professional. What really stood out was how much attention he paid to what my wife and I were actually looking for.<br><br>Rather than simply showing us properties, Harry took the time to understand all the little intricacies of our requirements and even remembered them throughout the process.<br><br>He is a top professional, and his knowledge, attention to detail and personable approach made the whole experience so much easier. I’d struggle to recommend Harry highly enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the estate agency.
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’d written a review 5 days ago but it hasn’t been published ! So I’ll try again ! This is a short review regarding Michael Campbell of Northwood Newport Pagnell ( Milton Keynes ) ! I am theLandlord of an apartment in the Tesco development of Newton Rd , Bletchley ! Two weeks ago I received an email notification from Landswood , the block management company stating that a leak was reported to the apartment directly below mine and would I deal with it ! My own tenant saw and dealt with the leak immediately it occurred and as he is in the building construction trade,fixed the slow leak from the washing machine pipe ! The leak stopped !The tenants below were away for 3 days and therefore did not report the leak until they got back and by which time it had already been rectified by my tenant ! Had the leak been reported immediately there probably would not have been any observable wetness ! But we ( tenant, myself and Northwood acted immediately) and averted a bugger issue ! Michael assisted me by constructing a succinct email referring to the details and Reminding Landswood that I pay them a substantial amount in my monthly Service charge to cover such eventualities and the circumstances of the leak bearing in mind that we acted quickly , would be covered by the Insurers ! I am most impressed by Michael’s expertise and professionalism in the manner with which he dealt with the situation and in the support and care shown towards me as a Northwood customer and landlord of one the properties which they rent and manage ! I would recommend Northwood MK to any landlord that wants peace of mind when renting a property and one that maybe distantly located from their own home ! Thank you Mr Campbell and to Northwood for employing excellent professionals ! Peter

Colin dealt with the whole sales process, from start to finish, including valuation, sales strategy, marketing, negotiations with buyer, solicitors, and other members of the chain. He even put one member of the chain in touch with a financial adviser to successfully resolve a mortgage issue that could have caused a problem with our sale.<br><br>Colin had great local knowledge of the market, was empathetic to our circumstances, and had a good sense of humour. He kept us up-to-date with progress and helped to resolve potential issues quickly.<br><br>His strategy paid off with a sale well above the marketing price and with the whole process taking less than three months.<br><br>On behalf of our family, I'd like to thank Colin and the whole team at Christopher Pallet for doing such a fantastic job.
29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.

Natalie and Kathleen have been very professional and efficient in dealing with Connells thus far, from the initial letting agreement, through to sorting out A replacement fridge in the middle of the recent heat wave. I am very pleased that I’m with Connells as an tenant and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
