6th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have just completed on my new property bought through Barton Fleming in Bicester. From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

As a first time buyer, Dylan was very helpful, he explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable with him, knowing I can approach him with any questions or hesitations I had. Very easy to get in touch with him via call or email, and always received a response in a timely manner. Dylan always kept me up to date every step, clearly explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do.- 25th May 2026 (20 days ago)We had some trouble with another letting agency which really put us off the property we were considering. As soon as we started dealing with Connells we could tell it was much better customer service. Jasmine and Chloe have been great at keeping in touch and keeping you informed of the process. They were very knowledgeable about the property and very friendly and helpful, which really helped the decision to go with the flat they showed us, as we knew we would get much better support from them compared to the original letting agency we talked to. The viewing we had was lovely. Really thorough tour of the property and overview of surrounding area by Saul. Really friendly and easy to talk to, lots of helpful advice about the process and market. 24th May 2026 (21 days ago)Mark David were the obvious choice for us when we decided to put our 2yr old house on the market, because we already knew Michael Beard there and he had a huge amount of experience with our property and the new estate. It soon became clear that all the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Our sale took almost 11 months due to some complications and a special thanks you to Michael and Sarah Morris who kept us informed constantly and worked tirelessly chasing solicitors and other estate agents. We can’t thank Mark David enough and recommend them without hesitation.

1st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!

Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property.
