30th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Originally priced the property above the recommended value had 16 viewing that David Martin undertook. Communications by phone and email were good keeping us in the picture. They obtained the buyer and communicated well during the negotiation process.

Their professional experience and great customer skills were second to none. All the team were always available to answer my questions and chase enquires when they arose often working outside their normal working hours The service they and their colleagues provided is second to none and been a family run business they are more than happy to go the extra mile that is often needed in the up and down world of selling a home. 12th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My family rented a property through Belhus, they have experienced so many problems. The property had a number of H&S safety issues that should have been fixed prior to them moving in, but nothing was checked properly. Walls and fences falling down, windows falling out, blocked drains; the house is a total disgrace. The Managing Director, Katy Adams, is rude, patronising and has the attitude that they should be grateful when contractors attend. I have really never known anything like it! One star is a very generous rating, if zero had been an option I would have chosen that as a rating!
16th May 2026 (8 days ago)Thomas and Oliver were very helpful. We met Thomas at the property and he was very professional informing us about the property the landlord and the surrounding area. The property was at our liking and we have moved to move in soon. Oliver was very helpful during phone call questions and treated us as customers and personalised the call. He and Thomas are very knowledgeable about the properties, area and contracts and informed us of the new tenancy regulation that the Government has introduced. Hopeful we will be happy in our new home, but we who have no concerns with enlisting their help again. keep up the good work.
2nd May 2026 (22 days ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.
7th May 2026 (17 days ago)Paul and the Ardent team went above and beyond for us. The Evaluation of our home was quick and easy and we sold within 9 days. However our purchase and the chain above had a number of delays but Paul stayed on top of everything and pushed continuously keeping us and our buyer in the loop. Would highly recommend Ardent.

21st Dec 2024 (1 year ago)It is with great confidence that I can recommend Bonds to sell your property. Bonds offer a one off up front price to sell your property. This is the method I chose to use. Once my bungalow had sold, it took a paticularly long time to go through. (This was due to my buyers side of things).... Jayne was on the case all the time. Jayne truly works wonders. I believe it was her constant chasing the legal teams that eventually got my sale through to completion.. All staff are always polite, courteous and very helpful. I have always been kept informed at all times from viewings to completion. Thankyou to Jayne and your team.
