16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
8th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Overall, I unconditionally reccomend the Haart Dereham team for anyone who is selling or buying a house in their area!

Through out the whole process Richard at Parsons went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through with as few problems as possible he kept in regular contact with us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 11th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)The initial visit, photos and valuation were all handled professionally, very happy with this part of their service. I liked that they claim to be a local family run business and was happy to support them with my business. I appreciate that market forces often dictate how much interest the might be in a property for sale. In the 9 weeks my house was on the market I had two viewings arranged and then cancelled...not the fault if the agent ...but in that time didn't have one phonecall from Gilson Bailey to keep me up-dated or to touch base to reassure me. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service.
23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)After suffering from a severe house fire, I contacted Rose in the hope of finding somewhere for my family to live for the next 6 months whilst the house is gutted and sorted. Rose and Janet went above and beyond to help us and even had to deal with the insurance company's accommodation department. Thank you both so much for finding me and my family a temporary place we can call home and for being so approachable and helpful ???? ??
